Story
Meet Daisy! 🌼 Daisy is a 3-year-old sweetheart with a big heart and a beautiful, fluffy coat accented by stunning markings. Her DNA results show she is 75% Siberian Husky, 10% German Shepherd, with the remaining 15% made up of several other breeds, which explains both her striking looks and her energetic, playful personality. Daisy loves to run and play and has plenty of energy, but she also knows how to settle down when it’s time to relax. She enjoys being active, then happily switches gears to cuddle, hang out, and be part of whatever her people are doing. She previously lived in a foster home with cats, horses, and geese, and that environment wasn’t the right fit for her. Daisy does best with other dogs her size but not be suited for farm life. What she does need is space to play and a home that understands and appreciates her Husky energy. Daisy would make a wonderful family dog, including a home with other dogs. She is incredibly sweet and affectionate and truly wants to be part of a family. She’d be perfectly happy sitting with you during family time and joining in on all the day’s activities—just with playful bursts in between. Daisy is fully vetted, vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed, and ready to start her next chapter. If you’re looking for a loving, energetic companion who balances playtime with cuddles, Daisy may be the perfect fit for your family 🐾💛

Story
Meet Willowdean 💜 No dog should ever look the way Willowdean did when she arrived at the shelter. She came in as a welfare case—emaciated and in desperate need of care. The shelter staff loved her back to health, helping her gain the weight she so desperately needed. Today, Willowdean is about 6 years old, weighs around 60 pounds, and is healthy, beautiful, and ready for the life she's always deserved. But there was one problem. She was a Husky in an overcrowded shelter. While the other dogs she shared a kennel with found homes one by one, Willowdean stayed behind. Eventually, she became one of the shelter's longest residents, and we were asked to step in and help. We couldn't say no. Today, Willowdean is settling into a loving foster home where she's finally getting the attention and affection she has always deserved. Watching her soak up love is something really special. We have a feeling she may be experiencing this kind of devotion for the very first time. And let us tell you—this girl is incredible. Willowdean is calm, quiet, and unbelievably gentle. She takes treats with the softest mouth, has wonderful manners, and the sweetest, most peaceful presence. It didn't take us long to understand why the shelter staff loved her so much. She's crate trained and wonderful with kids, cats, and other dogs, making her an easy fit for so many families. Willowdean has already survived more than any dog should. Now it's her turn to discover what it feels like to be someone's whole world. ❤️ If you're looking for a calm, gentle companion with so much love left to give, Willowdean is waiting to meet you. Story
Samson - Stealer of Hearts 1.5 years old • 57 lbs • Husky • Professional Heart-Stealer Yes, Samson knows he’s ridiculously handsome. Thankfully, he has the personality to back it up. Samson is a 57-pound social butterfly who seems to have two favorite things in life: playing with dogs and loving on people. Ask him to choose between a canine wrestling buddy and hanging out with his humans, and he’d probably just insist that everyone hang out together. He’s sweet, curious, friendly, and wonderfully trusting. Samson approaches the world like there’s probably something fun happening just around the corner—and he’d very much like to be included. He loves to explore, loves to play, and has all the goofy enthusiasm you’d expect from a young husky. But what really makes Samson special is how much he likes people. He isn't just looking for a yard to run around in or another dog to entertain him. He wants a family. He wants adventures, affection, playtime, and a place right in the middle of your life. At only about 1.5 years old, Samson still has plenty of youthful energy and will thrive with a family ready to give him exercise, enrichment, and guidance as he grows into the spectacular dog he’s already well on his way to becoming. Schedule a meet and greet and just TRY not to fall in love. Apply at thecomebackpack.org

Story
Meet Pinky. Pinky is trained but she likes to play. Gets along with others but can be alittle rough. We recommend either no dogs or a dog her size. She can be in a pack with the proper introductions. Beyond that she is a great dog. Very energetic. But does calm down after some play time. House and kennel trained. Knows sit , down , stay , heel and off leash. She will come with a session with her trainer to show you what she expects.
