Story
Comet is a German Shepherd/Husky mix who has been part of my family since he was a 6 week old puppy. He was born 01/16/2023. I had always wanted this breed because of their intelligence, loyalty, and playful personality. Shortly after bringing him home, my life changed unexpectedly when I became pregnant a year after having him. At first, I planned to rehome him, but my brother offered to care for him.Unfortunately, Comet hasn’t been receiving the time, attention, and care he deserves. This has been a difficult decision, but I want to do what’s best for him. He deserves a loving home where he can get plenty of exercise, affection, and companionship.Comet is loyal, smart, energetic, and affectionate. He has so much love to give, and I’m hoping to find a family or individual who can provide him with the attention and stable home he deserves. My priority is finding the right forever home where he will be loved and well cared for.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sugar may be sweet, but Spice is everything nice. ❤️ This beautiful Husky mix has a gentle spirit, an affectionate heart, and a sweetness about her that makes you want to scoop her up and tell her everything is going to be okay. Spice came to OURS alongside her sister, Sugar, and while both girls can be a little shy, Spice has shown us just how much love is waiting underneath that cautious exterior. Spice is an affectionate girl who enjoys being close to the people she trusts. Whether she’s wagging her tail, sneaking in a kiss, or settling in beside you for some quiet attention, there’s something incredibly endearing about this girl. She just needs a little help believing the world is as safe and wonderful as we know it can be. Spice gains confidence from other dogs, which is why we believe having a confident canine companion in her forever home will help her truly flourish. A furry friend gives her someone to follow, learn from, play with, and look toward when she needs a little reassurance. Quick Facts Husky mix Gentle, affectionate & incredibly sweet Can be shy initially and needs a little time to feel comfortable Thrives with canine companionship ⭐ Would do best with a confident dog in her forever home Loves giving kisses once she feels safe Enjoys affection & being close to her people ️ A wonderful little cuddle companion Would enjoy leisurely walks & adventures with her family Blossoms with patience, security & reassurance Located in Southern California Spice doesn’t need someone to change who she is. She simply needs a family willing to give her the security and patience to discover just how brave she can be. And there’s something pretty amazing about earning the trust of a dog like Spice. The kisses become sweeter. The snuggles mean a little more. Every new adventure feels like a victory because you know how far she has come. Give Spice a confident furry friend, a safe place to land, and people who will love her at her own pace, and we think you’ll get to watch this beautiful girl become exactly who she was always meant to be. If you are interested in adopting Spice please apply here. ❤️ We believe every dog deserves to be loved and safe.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 25, 2026, 1:21 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Blue has spent so much of her life loving and taking care of others. Now it’s finally her turn to be someone’s baby. Blue was deeply loved by her previous owner, but circumstances eventually made it impossible for her to have the safe, stable life she deserved. When animal advocates learned that Blue was pregnant and needed help, they rallied around her. Soon, Blue and her eight puppies were safe, cared for, and given the chance at a brighter future. She raised her babies, watched them head into foster care, and officially retired from motherhood. Now this mama gets to be the main character. Quick Facts Affectionate, loving, and incredibly people-oriented Beautiful girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart Gets along well with other dogs ⭐ Best matched with dogs who can comfortably handle her enthusiastic play style Playful, energetic, and ready for adventures Loves affection and being close to her people Eager to learn and continuing to work on her manners Will thrive with consistency, structure, and positive guidance Working on feeling secure when her people aren't home ❤️ Looking for the stability and connection she's been missing Located in Southern California Blue hasn't always had the opportunity to learn all the things we expect from a family dog, but what she does have is an enormous capacity for love and a willingness to learn. She's looking for someone who will give her clear expectations, celebrate her progress, and show her that she can count on her people to always come back. Her enthusiastic personality can be a lot for very small dogs, so canine companions who appreciate her energy will likely be the best match. With the right family, Blue has everything she needs to continue blossoming into an incredible companion. She’s been someone’s beloved dog. She’s been a survivor. She’s been a mama to eight babies. Now Blue is ready for her favorite role yet: someone’s forever girl. If you're interested in adding this amazing pup to your family, please apply here. ❤️ We believe every dog deserves to be loved and safe.‍ ‍Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 25, 2026, 1:21 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. With a name like Sugar, you already know this girl is going to be sweet—and she absolutely lives up to it. Gentle, loving, and just a little shy, Sugar is the kind of pup whose heart opens more and more once she knows she’s safe. This beautiful Husky mix came to OURS alongside her sister after the two found themselves in need of rescue. Whatever uncertainty may have been part of their beginning, Sugar has shown us that there is an incredibly sweet little soul underneath that initial shyness. Sugar tends to take a little time to get comfortable with new people and situations. She’s an observer first—the kind of girl who likes to make sure everything is okay before jumping in. But give her patience, kindness, and a little reassurance, and you’ll start seeing that bright personality emerge. One of the things that helps Sugar most is having another confident dog around. She looks to her canine friends for reassurance and guidance, and having a buddy beside her helps her understand that the world really can be a pretty wonderful place. Quick Facts Husky mix Sweet, gentle & affectionate ❤️ Loving with a wonderfully soft personality Can be shy initially and needs a little time to warm up Thrives with canine companionship - consider her sister, Spice as well ⭐ Would do best with a confident dog in her forever home Loves affection once she feels comfortable ️ Perfectly happy enjoying cozy time with her people Would enjoy leisurely walks & exploring with her family Blossoms with patience, reassurance & love Located in Southern California Sugar isn’t looking for someone to rush her. She’s looking for a family willing to let her discover the good life at her own pace—and ideally, a confident canine sibling who can show her just how much fun there is to be had. Watching a shy dog begin to trust is something incredibly special. Every little step forward means something, and when that tail starts wagging and that personality begins shining through, you realize just how worthwhile the journey has been. Give Sugar the safety, companionship, and love she needs, and we have a feeling this sweet girl is going to blossom into one incredible little best friend. If you are interested in adopting Sugar please apply here. ❤️ We believe every dog deserves to be loved and safe.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 25, 2026, 1:21 am

Story
This is Eros, he was born October 8th 2024. He’s 2 years old turning 3 this October. I have indoor dogs and backyard dogs unfortunately I can’t give him the 1 on 1 attention he needs from a caretaker, I just want to find a home that can spend time with him and love him like I wish I could if I wasn’t away from my house so much do to school & work. He’s sweet, lovable, loyal, goofy, and just a sweet baby. I love him so much and would like for someone to love him just as much.
