Story
Maizie is the sweetest girl I’ve ever owned. She seems to be starting trouble with my old dog and I just have to be fair to that one. She belongs in a home with no other pets but she will love you and lay all over you for years and years to come. I have a very large bag of food, a crate and her toys to go with her. She really needs to go to somebody who will understand just how sweet she is. She’s pretty lazy. She enjoys sunbathing and access to outside. She’s very clean and only goes outside. She has a very predictable schedule and gets walked once a day.

Story
I rescued Indy when he was 3 months old from this young couple who bought him off FB marketplace and thought he would be cute and easy. He’s now 7 years old and has had a great time growing up with dog park trips daily, road trips, and daily walks. As a husky, he has higher anxiety than most dogs so he’s began to struggle with things like thunder, fireworks, random beeps etc. he’s well behaved and is fine with other dogs (just has some leash aggression issues but off leash at a park he’s fine). We have one child and another on the way so he has to give up his safe space and room and we fear his anxiety may continue to get worse and harder to manage with our bandwidth. Difficult decision but we know he has more love and life ahead of him that we can’t guarantee him now.

Story
Rocco is a fun, loving 3 years old Husky 🐾 Rocco is a handsome, playful husky with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s energetic, affectionate, and loves being part of the action. Whether he’s playing, exploring, or relaxing near his people, Rocco thrives in a home where he can get lots of love, attention, and activity. He’s gone through training and knows his basic commands, although like many huskies, he can be a little independent and likes to show off his “husky intelligence” from time to time! Rocco would do best with an active family and space to play. He enjoys other dogs, especially larger playful companions, and would likely do best with children around 9+ who understand energetic dogs. Like a true husky, Rocco is adventurous and curious, so he’ll need a secure environment and a family committed to keeping him safe on walks and outdoor adventures. Deeply loved and looking for an active forever family to love him just as much. ❤️

Story
Meet Apollo — a loyal boy looking for the right home. Apollo is a handsome 2-year-old male who will turn 3 this August. With the people he knows and trusts, he is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves being part of the family. He bonds deeply with his people and enjoys playtime and attention. Apollo is very smart and eager to learn. He picks up on training quickly and thrives when he has structure and guidance. He can be protective and needs a little time to warm up to strangers. Apollo is also leash reactive and has shown some resource guarding with food, meaning he prefers to eat without being disturbed. Because of this, he would do best with an experienced owner who understands dog behavior and is willing to continue working with him. With the right person, patience, and consistent training, Apollo has the potential to be an incredibly loyal and loving companion.

Story
Hybrid came into our lives when he was just 5 months old after being adopted from Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, and he has been a cherished part of our family ever since. Born on January 5, 2021, Hybrid is now 5 years and 6 months old, and he has grown into a loving, loyal, and affectionate companion. Hybrid has a wonderful personality and a huge heart. He is great with kids, fully potty trained, and enjoys going on car rides. He’s a very energetic boy who loves to play, run around, and be involved in family activities. At the same time, he’s incredibly emotional and affectionate, always ready to curl up for cuddles and soak up attention from the people he loves. He is a smart dog who knows commands and thrives on interaction and companionship. This decision has not been easy, and our greatest hope is to find Hybrid a loving home where he will r eceive the attention, affection, and care he deserves. He has so much love to give and would make an amazing addition to the right family.
