He loves being outside, playing, and especially enjoys the snow. Goblin is expected to be a large dog when fully grown. He is almost fully potty trained, keeps his kennel clean, and knows some basic commands. Goblin is very smart and eager to learn, though he is still working on building confidence. New things can be scary for him at times, so he will need a patient adopter who is willing to continue positive training and reassurance. Goblin does well with other dogs and would benefit from having another confident dog in the home to help him feel secure. He may do well with dog-savvy cats, though he can be overly enthusiastic with affection. A large, securely fenced yard is required due to his size and energy level. Location: Sauk Rapids, MN Oh hey there. I’m NFL. My foster mom calls me Juneau though. Cause I’m a Husky. So original right. She thinks she’s soooo funny. Usually I just roll my eyes and give her a snarky howl to let her know I’m not impressed with her shenanigans. She tells me I’m not as vocal as she expected. Whatever that means. I think I speak my mind just fine. Oh. Did I mention I just had 9 puppies? My foster mom told me I was a great momma and it’s now okay for me to find a forever home without them. She has a few small human puppies. I like them. I’m gentle and love all the pets they give. I am a little thin from caring for all those babies though, so I’m usually quite hungry. My foster mom is helping me get some weight put back on. I keep my crate very clean. My foster mom says it’s impressive. Not sure what’s so impressive about keeping things clean but if she’s happy, I’m happy. I’m also learning how to be good on a leash, but I have a little work to do. Location: Sioux Falls, SD I would like to introduce you to Mocha. Mocha is a 2+ year old husky/corgi mix. She is about 85 pounds and full of love. I have fostered her since August and she is a delight. She is looking for her forever home. Mocha rarely barks unless she spies a squirrel or rabbit in the yard. She loves having her fenced in yard to roam and chase things. She would thrive best in a home with adults or adults with older kids as she doesn’t recognize her size. She loves visitors but can be a bit overwhelming as she believes they are all there to pet her belly. She can also be vocal if you don’t pay attention to her - she talks. Mocha does very well in the kennel. I come and go throughout the day for my work and all I have to do is tell her to go in the kennel and give her a little treat and she is happy. She often lets me know it is bedtime by going into her kennel on her own at night. She has a couple toys she loves to play with and will fetch a ball outside. She is getting better about bringing it back to me although she doesn’t always “drop it” so I can throw it again. She is not currently around other pets. She would likely do well with a dog her size or bigger. She doesn’t seem to understand what cats are for so likely not a good choice for her. She is not really a cuddle dog but is usually nearby and loves attention. She’s working on more commands every day and would love to show them off at an adoption event or a meet-and-greet.
