They shared that Fen once lived indoors, but as his owner’s health declined, Fen’s life slowly shrank to neglect and isolation. Despite it all, Fen’s heart remains wide open. He likes to play rough with other dogs and can be overwhelming for most dogs but would be a fun playmate for a big girl dog who likes to wrestle and chase him but still can hold her own and let him know she's the boss. He loves to bark in the face of his best doggie friend at the shelter until she yells back at him and then poke her and run away laughing like a misbehaving toddler. He's been on overnights in the past with staff members and was well-behaved and enjoyed spending time in a home, and we would love for him to get back into a real home soon!
