Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.adoption fee $150.00 If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a playful spirit and heart full of potential, Peaches might just be your perfect match. This stunning 2-year-old Husky mix will steal your heart the moment you meet her—especially with those gorgeous, expressive eyes that tell her story. Peaches is already off to a great start! She is: ✨ Potty trained✨ Crate trained✨ Knows her basic commands✨ Walks nicely on a leash✨ A great travel buddy (she even enjoys camping!) Like a true Husky, Peaches is goofy, energetic, and loves being outdoors. She would thrive in an active home and would love a fenced yard where she can run and play to her heart’s content. She is dog-friendly (may be too much for older dogs) and does well with children, but no cats! Peaches does have a softer side. Due to her past, she feels most comfortable around women and will need a patient, understanding home to help her continue building confidence. She also benefits from calming treats to help her feel her very best. The Best Part?Peaches wants to learn. She is eager to please and with a little love, patience, and guidance, she will absolutely shine. Peaches isn’t just looking for a home—she’s looking for someone to believe in her. And in return, she’ll give you loyalty, laughter, and so much love. New foster dogs need time to feel safe. They may be skittish or fearful, so always stay with them outside—even in fenced yards. Ensure collars and leashes fit securely to prevent escapes. Your gentle presence and protection help them feel loved and secure. The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 13 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary.  The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue. Story
Sage is 3 years old, smart and loving with LOTS of energy. Along with the husky and great Dane mix, she has some cane Corso in her too. She was taken into our home because the home she was born into was extremely unhealthy. We felt we could offer her better but it was a situation of biting off more than we could chew. Due to medical reasons in the family, she needs more training and exercise than we can provide. She is stronger than the main person in charge of her care and that adds to the difficulties. She gets along with most everyone who lives (4 kids 4 cats and 1 med. dog) and comes to our house but she has had one bad incident with a neighbors small dog, which was our tipping point to feeling it's time to surrender so that nothing worse happens, though we love her dearly. She needs a big yard where she can run to her hearts content and someone who has the physical strength required to assist in training and making sure she can be controlled if her exciteable drive takes over.

Story
Meet Keaton — a handsome 1 year-old Husky with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This playful, intelligent boy is always ready for an adventure, whether it’s a long walk, a hike, or simply exploring the backyard with his favorite people. Keaton has the classic Husky charm: striking looks, expressive eyes, and a fun-loving spirit that keeps life entertaining. He’s affectionate with people, enjoys attention, and loves being part of the action. Like many Huskies, he’s smart and energetic, so he’ll thrive in a home that can give him regular exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of companionship. When playtime is over, Keaton is happy to relax nearby and soak up affection from his humans. He also requires a 6' fence to prevent any unauthorized adventures. He’s looking for a family who understands the Husky breed and is ready to welcome a loyal, adventurous companion into their lives. If you’re searching for a best friend who will keep you smiling and join you on all of life’s adventures, Keaton may be your perfect match. Keaton will come neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines & started on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
