Dash is a handsome male Husky with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This happy boy loves to explore the world around him and is always ready for his next adventure. Dash has a very outgoing personality and enjoys meeting new people. He’s affectionate, loving, and always happy to spend time with his humans. Like many Huskies, he has a curious spirit and a playful energy that makes him a fun and engaging companion. If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic, and loving dog to join you on life’s adventures, Dash might just be the perfect match for you!The shelter can be reached at 937-498-7201 to schedule a time to meet. Or please feel free to come in during business hours. The shelter is open Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9am-1pm. Open kennel hours are Monday-Friday 12-4 and Saturday by appointment. Say hello to Hello, Landry! Landry is a 7-year-6-month-old neutered male Husky mix who’s looking for a fresh start after coming to the shelter through no fault of his own—his owner was moving and could not take him along .We were told that Landry is good with kids and other dogs, and that he is both housebroken and crate trained. He has also been described to us as a very loving dog by his previous owners. Landry has shown us that he knows how to sit, enjoys being outside soaking up the sunshine, and is currently learning how to walk on a leash. He doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Landry has so much love to give and is ready to find a home. Landry weighs in at 73 lbs. and was given Bordatella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and is heartworm negative. Our adoptions are $100 cash/check. Our visiting hours are Monday-Friday 8am-11:45 am and 1 pm-4pm.. We are located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville, OH 45331. You can reach us at 937-547-1645

Meet Zeke!! He is up to date on shots, neutered, house trained and working on crate training. He is currently in foster with other dogs, does well on outings with slow intro to other dogs. He has only walked by cats but didn’t appear interested. He is a giant love bug who would be content to snuggle up and get belly rubs all day ! He is vocal like huskies are but not excessively, just when it’s potty time, dinner, etc. He does have a prior hip trauma that is healed as well as it will be but does not bother him. He will be microchipped at adoption.

Meet Marshmallow. Marshmallow came to us from a rough humane case, but you'd never know it by his joyful spirit. This sweet, goofy boy lives for playtime with his people and absolutely loves to show off his lightning-fast zoomies in the yard. Rain? Snow? Sunshine? He doesn't mind one bit - as long as he gets to be outside having fun. Just beware mud puddles are his absolute favorite! He does wonderfully with kids of all ages and thrives on attention and activity. When it comes to cats, Marshmallow has a high prey drive and has not done well with the house cats at the shelter. With other dogs, he can be a bit selective doing really well with some and not so great with a few others. If you have a canine companion already in your home, we ask that a meet and greet is scheduled before deciding to take Marshmallow home! Marshmallow is still polishing up on his manners - he's working on his potty training and can get a bit jumpy when he gets very excited. But with his eagerness to learn he would truly blossom with a family ready to turn training into a fun bonding adventure. An active home with a yard or one that could take him on frequent walks would be perfect for this energetic sweetheart. If you are looking for a loyal and playful best friend who will keep you laughing (and maybe a little muddy), Marshmallow is ready to run straight into your heart!
