Story
Sage is 3 years old, smart and loving with LOTS of energy. Along with the husky and great Dane mix, she has some cane Corso in her too. She was taken into our home because the home she was born into was extremely unhealthy. We felt we could offer her better but it was a situation of biting off more than we could chew. Due to medical reasons in the family, she needs more training and exercise than we can provide. She is stronger than the main person in charge of her care and that adds to the difficulties. She gets along with most everyone who lives (4 kids 4 cats and 1 med. dog) and comes to our house but she has had one bad incident with a neighbors small dog, which was our tipping point to feeling it's time to surrender so that nothing worse happens, though we love her dearly. She needs a big yard where she can run to her hearts content and someone who has the physical strength required to assist in training and making sure she can be controlled if her exciteable drive takes over.

Story
Meet Zeke!! He is up to date on shots, neutered, house trained and working on crate training. He is currently in foster with other dogs, does well on outings with slow intro to other dogs. He has only walked by cats but didn’t appear interested. He is a giant love bug who would be content to snuggle up and get belly rubs all day ! He is vocal like huskies are but not excessively, just when it’s potty time, dinner, etc. He does have a prior hip trauma that is healed as well as it will be but does not bother him. He will be microchipped at adoption.

Story
Meet Benny! This handsome boy is Benny, a sweet and shy 1-year-old intact male Husky mix who came to us as a stray. Because of that, we don't know much about his past, but we're excited to help him find a bright future. Benny can be a little timid when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, his playful personality begins to shine. He has already shown us that he knows how to sit and lay down, and he absolutely loves chasing after a ball—although he's still figuring out what to do once he catches up to it! One thing Benny is certain about is his love for treats. A tasty snack is a great way to earn his trust and make a new friend. Benny doesn't seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter and is currently learning how to walk on a leash. With a little patience, love, and continued training, Benny is sure to grow into a wonderful companion and loyal best friend. He did great for his nail trim and exam where he weighs in at 35.2 lbs and was given Bordatella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and is heartworm negative. Our adoptions are $100 cash/ local check. Visiting hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–11:45am and 1:00pm–4:00pm. We are located at 5066 County Home Rd., Greenville, OH 45331. You can reach us at 937-547-1645.

Story
Ivy is an almost 2 year old husky mix. She's a love bug who wants to melt into you for scratches. She walks calmy on the leash, appears to be house broke and is just a really chill pup. At under 40 pounds she's a compact bundle of fun who will be happy to go on adventures with her owner then come home to snuggle and get belly rubs. If you think Ivy could fill the spot on your couch come out to meet her.

Story
Kammi is a 3-month-old white husky with a playful streak and just the right amount of sass. She’s the fun one who is always ready to turn anything into a game and keep you on your toes. She loves her toys and bones. Kammi also has a signature move—playful puppy nipping. It’s not mean at all, just her way of saying “let’s play!” She’s still learning that humans don’t always love that, but with a little guidance and consistency, she’ll grow out of it quickly. Kammi is working on basic commands and making progress. She’s nearly crate trained and progressing with house training. As a young husky, Kammi will do best in an active home, especially one familiar with working-breed dogs who can give her structure, exercise, and patience. She does great with other dogs and would be a perfect fit for someone ready for a fun, energetic companion with a big personality. If you are interested in welcoming Kammi to your family, adoption fee is 360 dollars. Kammi is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.

Story
Kyah is a 3-month-old white husky with a heart as soft as her fluffy coat. She’s your classic “lover girl” puppy and if there’s attention to be had, she’s already there waiting for it. She gives out kisses like it’s her full-time job. If you’re looking for a dog who will adore you endlessly, Kyah is your girl. She’s a big fan of chew toys, bones, and anything that keeps her busy. Kyah is currently working on commands such as sit and stay. She’s almost crate trained and making steady progress with house training. As a young husky, Kyah has that working-breed energy and would thrive in a home that can give her structure, activity, and plenty of love. She does great with other dogs and would love a home that can keep up with her playful, affectionate, and slightly goofy personality. If you are interested in welcoming Kyah to your family, you can adopt at pawpatrolofdayton.com. Adoption fee is 360 dollars which includes neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.
