We took on this beautiful girl a month ago. She was owned by a family friend who had to move out of state urgently and wasn’t able to bring them with her. We already have two dogs but took her in to help find her a home. She is very sweet and loves attention. We just got her professionally groomed. We would love to see her go to a family. One negative is she is a little too interested in getting our chickens.

Odin is a very loving companion. He is potty trained and is full of energy! Mostly likes to be inside and likes to feel your presence. He loves to play and run around before going inside but will always come inside after he goes to the bathroom. He loves food and knows how to give you his paws(both of them if you ask lol) and if you hand feed him he can be gentle you just have to ask. Odin is right around 3 and comes From 2 full bread huskies. We didn’t get paperwork as we didn’t pay for it. He is not neutered. We have to re home him as there will be first time parents in the home and won’t be able to provide him the attention he needs. Please help us find and rehome Odin to a loving home. He deserves it! He has the kindest soul.

Meet Sherlock 🐺 Sherlock is a 3-year-old, 56 lb. Husky–Alaskan Malamute mix, and truly one of the most incredible dogs we’ve had at the sanctuary. He’s as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside—but his journey hasn’t been easy. Sherlock has been through a lot, and he’s just beginning to learn what it means to feel safe and trust again. Because of that, he can be a bit skittish with new people. But once you earn his trust, you’ll have a loyal companion who never wants to leave your side. His bond is deep, and it’s something really special. Sherlock absolutely loves other dogs and could play all day long. He thrives with medium to large-sized dogs, especially ones who can match his energy and playful spirit. He wouldn’t be a good fit for cats or small animals—not out of aggression, but because his play style is just a bit too enthusiastic. Like many northern breeds, Sherlock is very vocal. He has a beautiful howl and isn’t shy about using it—especially when he wants your attention. (Honestly, he’s just a great communicator.) Because of this, apartment living likely isn’t the best fit for him. Sherlock would do best in a quieter home with no children under 11, where he can continue to build confidence at his own pace. With patience, love, and understanding, he’s going to absolutely flourish. He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and we couldn’t be more proud of how far he’s come.
