Albany, OR
Size
(when grown) X-Large 101 lbs (46 kg) or more

Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
We got Viktora from a shelter of in Madras in 2021 with the intention of training her to be my service dog. Unfortunately she failed out but we decided to keep her as a pet. She's well behaved only barks when she has an immediate need (bathroom, water, excited for food.), has never barked at another person (car, animals, ect). She loves to cuddle on bed but occasionally has issues wetting the bed (sometimes she just doesn't feel well). She is crate trained but has not been in one in years, she has also had people away regularly for less than 6 hours a day. She is great with kids, but when they play with her she does get in their face which can (rightfully) scare a lot of people. She has a lot of sass, personality and love to give. We are moving to Florida and do not want to subject her to the much hotter climate and I will be unable to care for her while training my service dog. She needs a home with a yard.

Also Ronnie. She has a funny and spunky personality, but at the end of the day would love to have your full attention most of the time. She would do best in a home where she can spend as much time with her humans as possible. She does get along with our dogs here and absolutely loves to play! Meet Mint: a 1.5-year-old husky with the personality of a polite introvert who secretly moonlights as a dramatic opera singer. At first, Mint may act a bit “I don’t know you like that,” but give her a minute (and maybe a treat), and she’ll reveal her true identity: certified sweetheart and part-time shadow. She loves the great outdoors—whether it’s a backyard, a trail, or just dramatically staring into the distance like she’s in a music video.Speaking of music… Mint howls for attention. Literally. She believes silence is overrated and that your neighbors should also be included in her emotional journey.Key Features:Personality: Sweet with a splash of “earn my trust first”Hobbies: Outside time, light judgment, and vocal performancesSpecial Skill: Turning “hello” into a full-length howl concertMint is looking for a patient human who appreciates a little sass, a lot of love, and the occasional unsolicited serenade.Adopt Mint. Your life could use more howling.Adoption fee is $225 and Mint currently weighs 55 pounds.
