Story
It's Fisher! Fisher has all the affection, drama, noise, and stubborn personality huskies are known and loved for. He's a beautifully handsome dog with icy blue eyes, dark eyeliner, and a thick fluffy coat of fur. Fisher is all about the outdoor life - long walks, chill time in the yard, and he can't wait until the world is once more covered in snow so he can let his inner arctic wolf go free. He tends to be aloof with new people - while he's not shy, you will have to earn his respect and love. It won't take long before he's leaning in for scratches, napping at your feet, and howling in excitement when you pick up his harness. Fish has lived with other dogs before and done well, but he doesn’t have too much experience meeting new friends. He previously lived outside and is not yet house trained - Fisher will need a consistent routine and patience as he settles in and starts learning his house manners. Fisher is in our special adoption program which sets adopters and their new pets up for success with pre and post adoption counseling. He would do best in an adult only home, preferably with access to a secure yard (though this is not a requirement). If you are interested learning more about Fish or meeting him, please complete an adopter’s profile at parl.org and email cshamgochian@parl.org

Story
Meet Firulais! This sweet boy is as big, floofy, and soft as you could imagine. He's a chill and laid back type of dog but, in typical husky fashion, he loves a nice long walk. Firulais is good with other dogs but has no experience with cats or other animals in the home. He tends to be calm and happy to meet new people but knows his manners and rarely jumps up out of excitement. Firulais is housetrained and knows all the basics on how to be the bestest boy you could imagine. **if you are interested in adopting, please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and come in during our open hours (Wednesday-Sunday, 12-4)**

Story
Meet Antonio! Antonio is a sweet husky boy who came to PARL with his friend Bianca and, though it is not a requirement, would they would both benefit from being adopted together and so they can be each other's emotional support animal, best friend, and playmate. Antonio is a little shy around new people and Bianca helps him learn to trust and be his most confident and happy self. Antonio is a high energy, dramatic, and vocal dog who thrives on daily affection, exercise, and enrichment. He's endlessly charming with his antics (the water bowl spill is his favorite naughty move) and could likely get a job as a stand-up comedian. As Antonio can be shy with new people, he would do best in a teens+ household. He has no experience with cats and if he were to go home to a household with resident cats, he would need a slow and careful introduction to ensure the safety and comfort of all animals involved. Antonio previously lived outside, so he may need some guidance to help him perfect his house training skills. **if you are interested in adopting, please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and come in during our open hours (Wednesday-Sunday, 12-4)**

Story
Meet Bianca! Bianca is as close to an artic fox as you can get without kidnapping one from the wild. Fluffy, small, snow-loving, a little shy, and absolutely adorable, Bianca will bring the wilderness into your home through her energetic and chaotically loving spirit. She's looking for a home where people are charmed by dramatic whines and howls, enthused by her endless energy, smitten by her can-do-no-wrong puppy dog eyes, and amused by the fact that her fur will end up in every single nook and cranny of the home. Bianca is a sweet dog and it's easy to fall in love with her vibrant personality. Bianca has lived with other dogs before and done well. She came to PARL with her friend Antonio and, though it is not a requirement, would they would both benefit from being adopted together and so they can be each other's emotional support animal, best friend, and playmate. As Bianca tends to be shy at first with new people, she’d do best in a teens+ household. She previously spent most of her time outside in a large yard, so her house training is not yet perfect and she will need some guidance to get her on track in the home. **if you are interested in adopting, please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and come in during our open hours (Wednesday-Sunday, 12-4)**
