Story
Meet Cubby – Your Adventure Buddy and Best Friend! Breed: Husky Mix | Age: 2.5 years | Weight: 50 lbs   Cubby is a stunning Husky mix with soulful eyes and a heart of gold. After being rescued from an overcrowded backyard situation, this sweet boy has blossomed in foster care and is now ready to find his forever family.       Cubby has discovered the joys of life—walks, playtime, snuggles, and, most of all, people! He’s affectionate, smart, and always seems to be trying to understand everything around him with those expressive eyes. He’s especially great with children and loves being part of a family.       An energetic and athletic pup, Cubby thrives on adventure. He loves long walks, hiking, backpacking, playing fetch, running beside a bike, and splashing in the water. If you lead an active lifestyle, Cubby might just be your perfect match. And when the day is done? He’s happy to chill on his dog bed, content just being near his people.       Cubby currently lives with two other dogs and absolutely loves playing with them. He would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and another dog buddy—or as your one-and-only if he gets plenty of exercise and enrichment.       Cubby is not just a dog—he’s a loyal companion, hiking partner, and forever friend who will bring joy, laughter, and love to your life. All he needs is a family who will give him the active, loving home he deserves.        Fostered in Tennessee       ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Contact ccrtennessee@gmail.com.March 7, 2026, 12:24 pm

Story
Meet Lil Bit!! What we see is that Little Bit is an easy going girl that has melted right in to the background of the homelife of women who work from home and have 2 small dogs of their own.  She is respectful of them and is enjoying laying outside and enjoying the beautiful weather and the soft dog bed that has been offered to her.  She is crate trained and just fine.  She would love to play with the small dogs but they have refused her playful offerings.  As cute as she is, they are not interested.  The family we would love to adopt Little Bit is one that has a fenced yard and someone not gone 9 hours a day.  Shorter time gone is fine or even a work from home situation would be perfection.  She is housebroken apparently and she know how to cross her legs like a Southern Lady!   Some added weight might be good for this girl and a 55 pound healthy weight would be ideal for her.  She is a beauty.   A Husky/Shepherd mix is definitely the consensus of her breed.  She is currently 48 pounds and stunning in every way.  Please consider making this girl's Cinderella Story come true NOW!!!   Write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.   Meet Whisper — the sweetest, smartest little pup you’ll ever meet!   This impressive Huskey mix girl is 14 weeks and 15 pounds currently, with an adult destination, estimated weight to be 40 pounds. This vibrant pupster loves everyone (dogs, cats, people… all of them) and is already learning so many commands. She knows sit, off, come, “uppy,” and even goes potty on command. This Whisper girl pup is truly brilliant. She’s playful, cuddly, sleeps well through the night for her age, and can keep up with the big dogs like a champ. She’s still teething, so tiny kiddos may want to give her a little space for now.  Housebreaking is almost 100% as well.   Just a little more time, and she will be the total package of house broken. Whisper is going to make an incredible family companion. Someone is going to be VERY lucky to call her theirs. If you are interested in adopting this sweet puppy, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com.     This girl is a GEM!            ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
Meet Hazel! Through no fault of her own, this beautiful 6-year-old Pomsky (Pomeranian and Husky) named Hazel is looking for a loving forever home. She weighs 26 pounds, is spayed, housebroken and has a sweet, affectionate personality that quickly wins people over. She gets along well with other dogs, but her compatibility with cats is currently unknown. Hazel loves being around people and thrives on companionship. She has a gentle, friendly nature that makes her a joy to have around. Smart and playful, Hazel enjoys spending time with her family and soaking up affection from the people she trusts. Whether she's relaxing by your side or enjoying a little playtime, Hazel is happiest when she's with her people. Hazel does have some special medical needs due to a history of kidney stones. To help keep her healthy, she requires constant access to fresh water, a specialized veterinarian-recommended diet with specific dietary restrictions, and regular veterinary checkups to monitor her condition and reduce the risk of future kidney stone formation. Despite these health considerations, Hazel is a happy, loving dog who enjoys life and has so much love to give. She is looking for a dedicated owner who can provide the care, attention, and commitment she deserves in return for years of loyal companionship. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate furry friend and are prepared to meet her medical needs, Hazel could be the perfect addition to your family! If  you would like to consider making Hazel a part of your life, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   Mention what city and state that you live.  We transport from Nashville, TN where we are based and are able to reach homes and adopters in 12 other northeastern states north of Tennessee.      ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
We are trying to find a forever home for this Husky. He was abandoned on our street nearly 2 months ago. We took him to the vet on multiple occasions and had his chip read. Both vets called, texted, emailed the "owner", but this person refuses to respond. He is very well mannered and is not loud and talkative like all those videos make Huskys out to be. He is surprisingly very quiet. He is not a barker and likes it outside when its cool. He is a slow and not messy eater and likes chew toys. He is a happy dog, he just needs a home to bring happiness to.

Story
Meet Newt, a remarkable young Husky born in March 2024, whose resilience and zest for life inspire everyone who meets her. She came into the world with advanced cataracts, leaving her with limited vision. Thanks to a successful eye surgery provided by SOAR Rescue, Newt now has partial sight, and she's eagerly experiencing the world in a whole new way. Though still visually impaired, this spirited girl is unstoppable! Newt is as affectionate as she is brave. She's gentle, and loves the company of both humans and other dogs, making her an ideal companion for a household with another pet to help guide her and keep her company. Newt's ongoing health needs mean she'll thrive with a family committed to proactive veterinary care, including regular check-ins with a veterinary ophthalmologist to maintain her vision and a strong, consistent relationship with a trusted vet to keep her health on track. Despite her unique challenges, Newt is full of curiosity, playfulness, and love. She's looking for a forever home that will embrace her needs, celebrate her spirit, and offer the support she needs to flourish. If you're ready to open your heart to a truly special dog, Newt may just be the perfect match for you.
