Meet Cubby – Your Adventure Buddy and Best Friend! Breed: Husky Mix | Age: 2.5 years | Weight: 50 lbs   Cubby is a stunning Husky mix with soulful eyes and a heart of gold. After being rescued from an overcrowded backyard situation, this sweet boy has blossomed in foster care and is now ready to find his forever family.       Cubby has discovered the joys of life—walks, playtime, snuggles, and, most of all, people! He’s affectionate, smart, and always seems to be trying to understand everything around him with those expressive eyes. He’s especially great with children and loves being part of a family.       An energetic and athletic pup, Cubby thrives on adventure. He loves long walks, hiking, backpacking, playing fetch, running beside a bike, and splashing in the water. If you lead an active lifestyle, Cubby might just be your perfect match. And when the day is done? He’s happy to chill on his dog bed, content just being near his people.       Cubby currently lives with two other dogs and absolutely loves playing with them. He would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and another dog buddy—or as your one-and-only if he gets plenty of exercise and enrichment.       Cubby is not just a dog—he’s a loyal companion, hiking partner, and forever friend who will bring joy, laughter, and love to your life. All he needs is a family who will give him the active, loving home he deserves.        Fostered in Tennessee       ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Contact ccrtennessee@gmail.com.March 7, 2026, 12:24 pm

Meet Lil Bit!! What we see is that Little Bit is an easy going girl that has melted right in to the background of the homelife of women who work from home and have 2 small dogs of their own.  She is respectful of them and is enjoying laying outside and enjoying the beautiful weather and the soft dog bed that has been offered to her.  She is crate trained and just fine.  She would love to play with the small dogs but they have refused her playful offerings.  As cute as she is, they are not interested.  The family we would love to adopt Little Bit is one that has a fenced yard and someone not gone 9 hours a day.  Shorter time gone is fine or even a work from home situation would be perfection.  She is housebroken apparently and she know how to cross her legs like a Southern Lady!   Some added weight might be good for this girl and a 55 pound healthy weight would be ideal for her.  She is a beauty.   A Husky/Shepherd mix is definitely the consensus of her breed.  She is currently 48 pounds and stunning in every way.  Please consider making this girl's Cinderella Story come true NOW!!!   Write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
Bambino — Ready to Find His People! Some puppies are meant to be your sidekick, your adventure buddy, your passenger in the car and your best friend—and Bambino is definitely one of those puppies! At just 5 months old and 38 pounds, Bambino is an adorable 80% German Shepherd/20% Husky mix who may grow to around 50 pounds when he is finished growing. He’s got the beautiful Shepherd look, those amazing ears, and a fun-loving personality packed into a manageable size. Bambino was adopted by a single gentleman who quickly realized that his busy work schedule and apartment lifestyle weren't the right fit for a young, active puppy. He made the responsible decision to ask Critter Cavalry Rescue to help find Bambino a home where he can truly have the life he deserves. And we think Bambino is going to make someone an incredible companion. He is a happy, confident puppy who approaches life with a “let's go!” attitude. He loves to play, enjoys a good case of the zoomies when he has room to run, and is happy to head out for a walk with his person on the other end of the leash. He is wonderful with other dogs and cats, loves meeting new people, and greets the world with a wagging tail and that adorable puppy smile. He also LOVES riding in the car, so if your idea of a good day includes grabbing your BFF and heading out for an adventure, Bambino is ready to ride shotgun! ❤️ A fenced yard and an active family would be ideal for him, along with people who have plenty of time to spend with their young dog. Bambino would happily join you for hiking, trails, outdoor adventures, morning jogs, errands or just whatever the day brings. He doesn't need to be entertained every second—he simply wants to be included. Most of all, Bambino needs a family who understands that bringing home a puppy is a commitment and who is ready to make him their forever boy. He has so much potential to grow into that wonderful dog who goes everywhere with you and becomes an important part of your family. We just need to find the people who are ready to make that commitment to him. Could Bambino be your next adventure buddy and lifelong BFF? To learn more or request an adoption application, email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. We would love to tell you more about this special boy and help you see if Bambino might be the perfect fit for your family. Please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you are wanting to adopt or more information.  Thank you!!!       ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
We are trying to find a forever home for this Husky. He was abandoned on our street nearly 2 months ago. We took him to the vet on multiple occasions and had his chip read. Both vets called, texted, emailed the "owner", but this person refuses to respond. He is very well mannered and is not loud and talkative like all those videos make Huskys out to be. He is surprisingly very quiet. He is not a barker and likes it outside when its cool. He is a slow and not messy eater and likes chew toys. He is a happy dog, he just needs a home to bring happiness to.

Story
Meet Newt, a remarkable young Husky born in March 2024, whose resilience and zest for life inspire everyone who meets her. She came into the world with advanced cataracts, leaving her with limited vision. Thanks to a successful eye surgery provided by SOAR Rescue, Newt now has partial sight, and she's eagerly experiencing the world in a whole new way. Though still visually impaired, this spirited girl is unstoppable! Newt is as affectionate as she is brave. She's gentle, and loves the company of both humans and other dogs, making her an ideal companion for a household with another pet to help guide her and keep her company. Newt's ongoing health needs mean she'll thrive with a family committed to proactive veterinary care, including regular check-ins with a veterinary ophthalmologist to maintain her vision and a strong, consistent relationship with a trusted vet to keep her health on track. Despite her unique challenges, Newt is full of curiosity, playfulness, and love. She's looking for a forever home that will embrace her needs, celebrate her spirit, and offer the support she needs to flourish. If you're ready to open your heart to a truly special dog, Newt may just be the perfect match for you.

Meet the Fresh Water Eco-System Litter (also known as the Swamp Puppies!) These guys came to us from our wonderful vet partner Middle Tennessee Vet Center where mama was pulled from Robertson County Animal Control Shortly after giving birth. The shelter is no place for mamas and babies and when MTVC reached out for our help...we were able to jump in thanks to the Muttz Realty Whelping Room! Riverboat Rhonda and her 9 babies are looking for active homes. We think they are a mix of husky and shepherd and estimate they will be around 50-60 lbs. The Fresh Water Ecosystem Litter has an adoption fee of $325 each. They are up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on prevention. They will also be scheduled to be spayed or neutered by the rescue. Please note that we are a completely volunteer run organization and may take 48 hours to respond. Please make sure to fully complete your application. If responses are not complete, you may not be contacted due to the volume of applications. Thank you for understanding. We can only set up meet and greets once an application has been filled out. For more information on our adoption process, please visit our website at https://soarnash.org/adoption-process.
