Story
Nico is a 2-year old (as of 2025) light red/white husky that is needed a new home after his family developed severe allergies. He is a friendly boy that was the result of an "oops" litter. He is friendly with other dogs, neutered, and will be updated on shots shortly. He is on heartworm preventative and will be heartworm tested prior to going to his new home. He is respectful of a 5 foot fence, but like any husky needs a secure fence for safety. As with all huskies, we recommend no cats in the home due to prey drive.  ##2314402##

Story
Unique eyes: Left eye is blue, Right eye is half blue/half brown. Quiet, protective, and incredibly affectionate dog. He loves people, is great with kids, and tolerated our cat until she passed away. He craves being part of the "pack" and prefers to be next to someone all the time, especially during thunderstorms. Affectionate "Hugger": Sully has a unique way of showing affection – he jumps up in a "pleading position," leans in, and tries to wrap his legs around you like he's giving a hug. Once he gets affection, he's your friend for life. Behavior: He is not aggressive and has never nipped or bitten anyone. He barks at strangers or changes in his environment (e.g., a neighbor's ball in the yard) but is otherwise quiet. He is a completely inside dog. Has a recurring yeast infection in his ear due to allergies. This needs addressing by a vet to identify the specific allergen. Ideal Home: A home where he can receive plenty of attention and cuddle time. Knows simple commands.

Story
Hi! My name is Loki, and I am a 6-week-old male Husky mix with a happy heart and a playful spirit. My siblings, my mom, and I were found dumped at an abandoned house when I was only about 2½ weeks old — just before the winter freeze. Thanks to the rescue stepping in, we were brought somewhere safe and warm where we could grow, thrive, and get ready for the loving homes we deserve. I’m a friendly, playful little guy who loves making new friends wherever I go. Whether I’m tumbling around with my siblings, exploring my surroundings, or trotting over for attention, I approach life with curiosity and joy. I’m the kind of pup who will happily join in on playtime and then settle in for some sweet snuggles once I’ve gotten my energy out. Since I’m still very young, I haven’t completed all of my vetting yet. I will be eligible to head to a foster-to-adopt home starting February 13, 2026. Foster to adopt means you get to bring me home and care for me while the rescue handles all of my vetting. Once everything is complete, you’ll be able to officially finalize my adoption! If you’re looking for a lovable, fun companion who will grow into a loyal best friend, I could be your perfect match. I can’t wait to meet my forever family and start a lifetime of adventures together. ##2634584##

Story
We acquired Pringle about 1 1/2 years ago from a shelter. He had been removed from his previous owner. He’s one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. He’s great with kids and he makes quick friends with just about everyone. We are looking to rehome him because his needs are not compatible with our current life circumstances. We’ve worked really hard to accommodate him, but we’ve had to limit him and ourselves too much. The good: - Friendly - Cuddly - Crate Trained - Playful - Great with Kids - Good with other dogs - Knows a few tricks - Very Smart The challenging: - Sensitive Stomach - Will Eat Trash - Will eat any food - Will eat some plants - Digs in the backyard - Will break known house rules if left alone - Will drink out of the toilet - Jumps on people when excited - Will eat Tissues/Napkins/TP - Licks incessantly - Only food motivated Probably best fit with a family that has older kids (those that clean up after themselves). Bonus if you have exp with Huskies.

Story
Hi! My name is Leif, and I am a 6-week-old male Husky mix with a tender heart and a love for all things cozy. My siblings, my mom, and I were found dumped at an abandoned house when I was only about 2½ weeks old — right before the winter freeze. Thankfully, the rescue stepped in just in time to bring us somewhere safe and warm, giving us the chance to grow into happy, healthy puppies. I can be a little shy at first, but underneath that bashful exterior is an incredibly sweet boy who absolutely adores being snuggled. Once I feel comfortable, I melt right into your arms and could happily stay there soaking up affection for as long as you’ll let me. I just need a loving family who will give me a little patience and reassurance while I learn that the world is a safe place. Since I’m still very young, I haven’t completed all of my vetting yet. I will be eligible to head to a foster-to-adopt home starting February 13, 2026. Foster to adopt means you get to bring me home and care for me while the rescue takes care of all my remaining vetting. Once everything is complete, you’ll be able to officially finalize my adoption! If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate pup who will bond deeply with his people and happily be your cuddle buddy, I might just be your perfect match. I can’t wait to find my forever family and shower them with quiet, snuggly love. ##2634583##

Story
Hi there! My name is Tundra, and I am a 6-week-old female Husky mix with a gentle heart and a soft, soulful nature. My siblings, my mom, and I were found dumped at an abandoned house when I was only about 2½ weeks old — just before the winter freeze. Thankfully, the rescue brought us to safety, where we’ve been able to stay warm, grow strong, and learn that the world can be a loving place. I may be a little sweet and shy when we first meet, but once I feel safe, my loving personality truly shines. I enjoy quiet moments, cozy naps, and staying close to the people I trust. With a patient family who will help build my confidence, I know I’ll blossom into an incredibly devoted companion. There is something so special about earning the love of a shy puppy — and I promise I am worth it. Because I am still very young, I haven’t completed all of my vetting yet. I will be eligible to go to a foster-to-adopt home starting February 13, 2026. Foster to adopt means you get to take me home and love me while the rescue handles all of my remaining vetting. Once everything is complete, you’ll be able to finalize my adoption and make it official! If you’re looking for a gentle, loving pup who will form a deep bond with her family, I might be the perfect addition to your home. I can’t wait to find the people who will help me feel brave, cherished, and forever safe. ##2634586##
