Story
Jack is a small jack Russel mix 3.5 months 7.7 lbs Handsome Jack is a typical pup. He is playful and adventurous. He loves to run around and play with his foster pups. He likes stuffed toys and bones to chew on as well as an occasional friend. It's all about having fun. Jack also loves people and is ready to be picked up and loved. He is working on potty training and will use pee pads when indoors. Jack was rescued by a good samaritan while attempting to go on a freeway off-ramp. Thankfully!! He was brought to us for safety and for finding him a loving and safe new home. Jack is being fostered along with other pups and is getting along just fine. He is also one of the neighborhood's favorites and has daily visits and hugs when outside at playtime. Jack will make a great addition to any family looking to provide him with a loving home. Story
Winter a typical 4 to 4 ½ -month-old puppy. We believe that Winter and Wiley are Miniature wire haired JRT’s mixed with Chihuahua they are cuties. Winter weighs in a 5.2LBS. Her coated is soft though it looks wiry. She is full of energy and loves to run and play and can jump straight up and down. Winter has lots of fun chasing the other pups around the house and out into the yard, she especially loves her brother Wiley. It would be nice if they can be adopted together. She likes toys too, especially squeaky toys. Winter is always ready to be held and loved on. She is looking for her forever home where she can be part of a loving family. We think she will be around 10 pounds when fully grown. Winter has started receiving her puppy shots. She has had her rabies vaccination and is microchipped. She has an appointment for her spayed. Because of her small size, we recommend she be in a home that has children over the age of ten. She will make a wonderful companion. Story
Bomi was a rescue from South Korea. She is a Jindo mix, but we do not know her mixed breed. We adopted her on May 4, 2021 and she was brought on a flight into SFO. We adopted Bomi at 5 months old, her birthday is 12/1/2020. She was very aloof upon arrival, but opened up to her new family. She follows us around the house and will always show interest in what you do. She house trained herself and will not potty in what she considers her home. She was not very socialized upon arrival and was very wary of people, other dogs, and sudden noises. Bomi still shows signs of wariness and aloof towards people and other dogs on walks. She has a strong prey drive and will pull on leash. We worked with others to resolve this issue, but was not able to fix it completely. We love Bomi and have exhausted our best efforts to keep her in the home, but the allergies in our family has gotten severe. We wish to find her a home where she can give and receive love, stay active, and give kisses.

Story
This adorable litter came to us through an owner surrender after their dog got pregnant unexpectedly. They are around 6 months old and eager to find a family that will give them the attention they deserve. Since they haven't spent much time outside of their yard, they take a minute to warm up, but once they do, they are very sweet. According to the previous owners, these pups have been around children, dogs and cats and seem to get along just fine. They haven't had much training but are still young enough to start. This litter likes to get a little mouthy when they play so they might not be a good fit for children under 5. An adoption fee of $300 will cover the cost of their vaccines, microchip and spay/neuter. Please visit our website www.petsnpals.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

My name is Dottie. I am about a year old. I was found as a stray in Lathrop, but my parents could not be found. I was rescued by Lathrop Animal Services and since they could not find my owners, I am at Pets & Pals waiting for my new family. I am a friendly girl and would love to meet you. $300.00 will help Pets and Pals with my spay and care. Story
Meet the sweet and handsome Lil Bit. This photogenic little guy is a 6 ½ -year-old, 12-pound, tan and white, Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. He has warm brown eyes and an inquisitive face. He can be a bit shy but will warm up to you, once he gets comfortable. His owner had to move in to assisted living and the family brought Lil Bit to AFC to find his happily ever after! He loves cuddling on the couch and will follow you anywhere. He is the perfect size to go everywhere you go. He walks well on the leash and rides well in the car. Lil Bit loves people more than other dogs and would enjoy being the only dog in the home. He gets along with other GENTLE dogs his size. Lil Bit absolutely loves doing ZOOMIES in the yard so please have a privately fenced yard to play with him in. He may need a little reinforcement housetraining (he is used to being walked to go potty) He follows the other dogs out with the command “Go Potty” He is extremely praise motivated and of course treats are nice! Lil Bit would do best in a home with adults to dote on him though he loves teenagers too. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a wonderful companion and is waiting for a loving, furever family.
