Dexter thrives in calm, loving environments and would do best with someone who can give him plenty of companionship. He’s house-trained, neutered, and up-to-date on his vaccinations. We’re looking for a new home where he’ll be just be cherished.

Teddy is a very good dog. He is 7 years old. We adopted him when he was a puppy. He has grown up around cats. He loves to go outside and play, and he also loves to go on walks. We only need to get rid of him because of our kids allergies.

Story
I recently had a baby and have another child under 2 years old. It has become too much for our household to care for a dog as well. Odie is 3 years old and has been fully potty trained. However he started marking territory in our house a few months ago. I suspect he needs to be potty trained again which is too much for our family to take on having 2 small children and another child. Odie is very loving and energetic. He would be a great companion for someone who can give him the time and attention he needs.

Hi, I'm Piñata! I may be young but I have had such an eventful life so far. The vet estimates my age at 3 but my foster family says I act more youthful. I have seen the world as a stray pup and raised 6 of the sweetest Sugar Skulls. Now that they are weaned and doing their own thing I'm ready for my next adventure!! I love toys especially balls. I can throw the ball and entertain myself but I love when someone else throws the ball for me to chase! I am all about spa days where I get pampered with a warm bath and rub down after. I love to travel(a throw back from my backpacking, stray pup days) I will do a little happy dance when it's time for a road  trip. The best thing is after a day full of fun? Getting to curling up on the couch with my favorite person and a good movie! I'm a feisty red head looking for a place to put down roots. Do you need a partner to go with you on excursions?  All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. Story
Kuma (10 months old) is a very cuddly loving dog. He loves affection and is very playful, he will stick by your side wherever you go and is very loyal and a good listener. I work a lot, and I know he deserves a better home. He would do great in a home with other people and animals. He gets along with cats and dogs (of all sizes). He is potty trained, he doesn’t have accidents at my house anymore, but he may need to get used to your house. It shouldn’t be an issue though. I of course will provide you with everything he needs (food, bed, crate, toys, treats, leash, collar, brush, dog soap, etc.). I really want him to go to a loving home like he deserves, if you would like to meet him before you make a decision that is completely okay with me! He is shy to new people at first but is quick to be cuddly.

This story is a sad one, This is Chester who is bonded with his brother Shorty. They lost there mom who suddenly passed away from a stroke. In a matter of a week, she was gone. She loved her pups, and she had 5 little guys. These two are a bonded pair. Chester and Shorty. They are Jack Russell and Chihuahua mix. Chester looks like the Chihuahua in the face and Shorty looks like the Jack Russell. They are very good mannered. They do like to run if given a chance probably Jack Russell in them. They are housebroken. They never really spent much time in a crate. There Human mom didn't like it They slept in bed with her. They have been around cats as well. They would do good with a fenced in yard. They are being vetted as well as they will need neutered. The daughter is not able to keep them all as there are 3 other ones who are older plus cats. She can only keep so many. These two pups are lost if the other one is not around them. They must go together. Bark Animal rescue is helping to get these two to safety and to a new furever home so they can not worry anymore. Adoption app and fee for the boys.
