We adopted Odie as a puppy from a family member. After me having two babies in the last two years it has become too much for our household to care for him. We have a small home with limited space. It has also become too much of a financial burden. He is a very loving dog and would make a great addition to any family.

Hi, I'm Piñata! You certainly have the luck of the Irish to have found me! I am the best of both worlds, young enough to play like a puppy but old enough to not still be teething like puppy. I have seen the world as a stray pup and still love to travel but I'm ready to put down roots. I am a great dancer! I will do a little happy dance when it's time for a road trip or a treat!! I love ALL the toys but especially balls. I can entertain myself for hours but I love when someone plays with me! I am all about spa days where I get pampered with a bath and a massage with a warm towel afterwards. The best thing after a day full of fun? Getting to curling up on the couch with my favorite person and a good movie, of course! I'm a feisty red head looking for my pot of gold! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. Are you ready to add some fun to your life? HATTIE is here to help. She's a bouncy, playful, sweet little mixed breed girl. Hattie is about 18 months old and fully grown at 30 pounds. Our best guess on breed is some Jack Russell Terrier, Australian Cattle Dog and heaven only knows what else. Hattie has an adorable personality. She's affectionate and outgoing. Hattie is the total package, the only thing she's missing is a tail. We aren't sure where it went but all she has is a little nub. But it's okay, she can still show you how happy she is, tail or no tail! Hattie is best suited to an active home where she will get plenty of exercise. We'd prefer to find her a home with a physically fenced yard. She's great with other dogs and would love to have a playmate. If you'd like to meet Hattie, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Hattie at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm (weather permitting, watch our Facebook page for updates). Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. This story is a sad one, This is Chester who is bonded with his brother Shorty. They lost there mom who suddenly passed away from a stroke. In a matter of a week, she was gone. She loved her pups, and she had 5 little guys. These two are a bonded pair. Chester and Shorty. They are Jack Russell and Chihuahua mix. Chester looks like the Chihuahua in the face and Shorty looks like the Jack Russell. They are very good mannered. They do like to run if given a chance probably Jack Russell in them. They are housebroken. They never really spent much time in a crate. There Human mom didn't like it They slept in bed with her. They have been around cats as well. They would do good with a fenced in yard. They are being vetted as well as they will need neutered. The daughter is not able to keep them all as there are 3 other ones who are older plus cats. She can only keep so many. These two pups are lost if the other one is not around them. They must go together. Bark Animal rescue is helping to get these two to safety and to a new furever home so they can not worry anymore. Adoption app and fee for the boys.
