Story
Meet Nipsey Hussle- an approximately 2-3-year-old 15-pound Presumed Jack Russel Rat Terrier. This happy-go-lucky good looker gets on well with other dogs of similar size. He does well with children and adults, plays hard, and naps hard. His favorite pastime is to toss and tussle your sofa cushions and drag his blankie around. He was not treated well, but he has a forgiving heart and is thriving in his foster home. He will be ready for adoption after his scheduled one-time testicle donation. Tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city you live in, other pets in your home, and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you, the better. What can this companion expect from you, and what are your expectations of him/her? Additionally, we will not meet halfway. You must prepare to meet in person without hurry, and be willing to have a home evaluation and viewing of your social media. There is a fee for placement to offset medical and care. Age-appropriate placement is at the discretion of the guardian advocate. Please allow several or more days for a response, as I review inquiries. I appreciate your understanding- Raleigh's Rescue Advocacy. *DNA testing is not performed, and we can only give you an assumed breed or breed mix.

Story
OH MY GOODNESS! THE PERFECT DOG TRULY EXISTS! If you’re looking for a dog who radiates joy and brings the party with him wherever he goes, Jaxson is your guy! This happy-go-lucky pup is pure sunshine on four legs! From the moment we met him, he stole the show, literally! He was featured in our latest promotional video and made being a movie star look effortless. Charming, confident, and full of life, Jaxson makes friends faster than you can say “good boy.” Whether it was new people or new pups, he greeted everyone at our rescue with the same big smile and wagging tail! His friendly spirit is completely irresistible! Everyone who met him couldn’t help but swoon. He was just so amazing and I won’t ever be able to forget that little guy! We believe that Jaxson is a Jack Russell mix of some sort around 1 years old and weighs approximately 25 pounds. He is a petite cutie with the best stubby legs and happy wagging tail. His coat is so unique as he has the best splotch on his back that looked like 4 dots melted together. It matches his personality perfectly. He is so soft and so amazing. He is truly the best! Due to him being a rescue, age and breed are our best guesses and cannot be guaranteed. But we can see at least a bit of that cute Jack Russel in him! Check out Jaxson here:https://youtu.be/pNQ_lp4wyss Jaxson is currently living with four other foster dogs of all sizes and personalities and fits in like he’s known them forever. He plays sweetly, shares food without a fuss, and knows how to match the energy of his doggy friends. He would thrive in a home with another medium energy dog that enjoys playing and resting as much as he does! He even passed his cat test with flying colors, showing polite curiosity and respect toward our housecat, Biggie. With a dog-savvy cat, he’d do just fine. While he didn’t get the chance to meet children during his time with us, his affectionate and bubbly personality makes us pretty sure he’d be a hit with kids of all ages. If there is a certain age you are interested in seeing how he interacts with, let us know and we would be happy to find out. We want to make sure he is perfect for your family! Whether you live in an apartment or have a backyard, Jaxson will thrive as long as you include him in your daily adventures. He has excellent leash skills and makes the best walking buddy! He’s the kind of pup who’d love hitting the trail, swimming in the lake, joining you at your favorite coffee shop patio, or simply hanging out on the porch at golden hour. He’s got that "take me with you" energy and would be an awesome travel companion. With his charming personality, he’s practically made for social media, don’t be surprised if he becomes a local celeb. Jaxson is one of the friendliest, most fun-loving puppies we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He’s an absolute catch, and we don’t expect him to be available for long. If you're looking for a pup who will keep life exciting, fill your days with laughter, and love you endlessly, Jaxson is ready to be your new best friend! Does Jaxson sound like your future pup? The adoption fee is $1200 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectible, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship! We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success. Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission! Follow our rescue journey and connect with us on our website and social media platforms. Together, we can make a difference, one adoption at a time. https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? Story
Birthday 5/12/2023 We’re looking for a loving home for Apache, our sweet male Jack Russell. He’s incredibly affectionate, loyal, and truly a great dog. Apache deserves more time and attention than we’re currently able to give him due to our busy schedules, and it’s just not fair to him. He would thrive in a home where he can get the love, playtime, and care he deserves. If you or someone you know is looking for a wonderful companion, please reach out. We just want to find the best fit for him.
