Story
**Courtesy Post** Cutter (dark color) and Pooh Bear (blonde color) lost their owner (who was the love of their life) and now they need another home. Both dogs are males and they are brothers. They were born on 2/4/2022 and just turned 3 years old. They weigh 12-15 pounds. These boys would love to be adopted together, but if it means they can both get wonderful homes by being separated, that might be an option as well. Cutter and Pooh Bear are completely vetted and very healthy. They have always been loved and cared for and have no bad habits. Both are very well trained and have wonderful house manners. These brothers need a securely fenced backyard to run around in, but need to be inside dogs. As far as we know they don’t get along with cats. They have not been around them. They are good with kiddos and get excited to greet them, but settle down quickly. They have never been around other dogs except each other. They will probably go after little critters like hamsters etc. so these should not be in their new home. Their new parents must be able to drive to the Plano, Texas area to get them. Please contact Rhonda at rhondacc@aol.com for more information. There is a small rehoming fee and a good vet reference is required to adopt them.

Story
Bruno is a 14-year-old sweetheart who has been my companion since he was just 6 months old. Saying goodbye is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but I’m hoping to find him a loving home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by comfort and care. Bruno is incredibly human-friendly and thrives on affection. He’s the kind of dog who lights up when someone walks in the room, always ready for gentle pets and kind words. He still has a lot of spirit and personality, but these days he mostly enjoys the simple things—relaxing, napping in a sunny spot, and being near people who love him. He does have some age-related health concerns, including hip and back leg issues, and some dental problems. While he’s not a high-energy dog anymore, he’s still full of love and appreciation for every moment of attention he receives. Bruno deserves a calm, caring environment with someone who can give him the gentle companionship he’s used to. Unfortunately my schedule has gotten too busy.

Jax is 8 years old, we found him in May of 2017. He is a very friendly dog who loves to be pet and get scratches. He is great around people, kids, and other animals. He has seasonal allergies that we treat with Benadryl. He also has a brother (not blood related) named Jasper, who is also up for adoption, you don't need to take both of them, but it would be nice.

Story
Eaton, otherwise known as Missy, is an active rat terrier who was given the nickname Hoover for her quick pick-up of dropped food. She was rescued recently after having been dumped from a car in th early morning of a cold day. Her age is estimated at 2 1/2 years, and she is both house & crate trained. She sleeps in her crate at night without fuss. True to her small breed, Missy has high energy levels, high exercise needs, and a strong need to hunt and chase. Missy is getting her figure back (could it be she just really had some holiday feasts somewhere?) and may have had a litter in her past. She has the cutest backside wiggle and is happiest nestling in your lap or next to you on the sofa. Missy is loving, affectionate, and she will be a very loyal family member.
