Update: Sushi continues to be a very sweet girl. She loves to be beside you, and lays with her foster mom on the couch most of the night. She also LOVES car rides, and even looks out the windows! She especially loves when the windows are open. She's a good girl for her insulin injections and likes carrots for snacks. If she is doing something she shouldn't be doing, she listens when her foster mom says NO, and she stops whatever it is and walks away. Sushi is good with kids and cats do not bother her at all, but a home with no other dogs is recommended. Sushi loves to cuddle and would love to have her own person and family; however she would do best as an only dog so she can get all the love to herself. She travels great in the car and will either sit on your lap for a short trip or in the backseat with a doggy car seat. She is housetrained and will go to the door to let you know she has to go potty. She eats like a champ and takes her insulin well. She also does great at the vet and loves her vet clinic friends. She sleeps through the night and is very easy going.Sushi is not interested in toys but loves to chew on vet approved bones. She loves to sleep on the couch with a comfy blanket, and she uses dog steps to get up on the couch. She can safely jump down as long as the floor is not slippery. I have a dog stroller for Sushi and she happily will sit in it and go for a ride or sleep in it when I am sitting at the computer. She enjoys going for short walks and gets excited when you put her leash on! She also does a very funny trot out in the backyard.

One day my son was walking from the store and suddenly a small puppy started walking with him. The puppy was roughly 6 or 7 weeks old. The puppy followed my son and she has been here ever since. We were trying to find the owner and I also attempted to drop her off at a shelter but they did not have any space for her. We eventually decided to take her to a vet to get her shots, find out what her breed was (to the best of their ability), and I even got her spayed. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedule we find it very challenging to give Suga the attention she is entitled to have. We are looking for a home where she can have space to play and to be around a loving environment with time to share. Suga is currently around 5 1/2 months old.

No electronic fencing. Jewel is spayed, vaccinated and very frisky and healthy. She is also a great walking partner, ball chaser, snuggle bunny, sleeping partner, movie watcher, and loving companion.
