💙 Name: Won-i 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: 3 years old (Born September 2023) 💙 Weight: 6.9 kg (approx. 15.2 lbs) 💙 ADOGS Instagram (KR): @adogs 💙 English Profile: @_adogs_rescue 1⃣ Medical History * Neuter Status: Pending (Not yet completed) * Microchip: Registered (Internal chip completed) * Other Notes: * Currently undergoing treatment for Heartworm and Anaplasma * Fully recovered from Parvovirus 2⃣ Rescue Story Won-i is the mother of Cheon-won (also rescued by ADOGS #어독스천원) and gave birth to three puppies at the Gimje Shelter. Weakened from giving birth, it was clear that Won-i and her young puppies would struggle to survive in the harsh shelter environment, prompting ADOGS to step in urgently to rescue the whole family. 3⃣ Personality & Characteristics * Interaction with Humans: She is slightly shy around new faces at first, but because she loves humans, she stays quietly by your side once familiar. While she doesn't actively follow you around or beg for pets, she handles affectionate, gentle physical touch like warm hugs or cheek squishes remarkably well. * Interaction with Dogs: When other dogs behave boisterously or get too pushy, she gives a warning growl, but she never bites or shows true aggression. If young puppies bother her, she gives a brief warning growl or simply moves away. She has no problem coexisting peacefully when other dogs wander nearby or rest quietly beside her. * Interaction with Cats: She has not yet been introduced to cats. * Separation Anxiety: Since she is currently living in a group setting at the shelter, her individual anxiety levels are unknown. Structured independence training will be needed from day one in a home environment. * Potty Training: She uses indoor pee pads at the shelter with zero mistakes, and she also handles outdoor potty breaks in the yard wonderfully. Retraining may be needed upon moving into a new home setting. * Grooming & Hygiene: She behaves very well and stays calm during care routines like brushing and blow-drying. * Leash Walking: Outdoor walks will begin gradually once she fully settles into shelter life. * Motion Sickness: She traveled smoothly in vehicles without any signs of car sickness. * Biting/Aggression: She has never shown any biting tendencies toward humans, nor has she ever engaged in fights or bitten other dogs. * Barking: While she may give a warning growl if another dog bothers her, she never displays actual aggression. She typically gives a short warning growl and steps away to a different spot. * Personality & Tendencies: She has a gentle, quiet disposition and gets along wonderfully with both humans and fellow dogs. While she adores people, she leans toward an independent lifestyle rather than clinging constantly to human handlers.

Story
💙 Name: Duffy 💙 Gender: Male 💙 Age: Estimated 2 years old (Born September 2024) 💙 Weight: 13 kg (approx. 28.7 lbs) 💙 ADOGS Instagram (KR): @adogs 💙 English Profile: @_adogs_rescue 1⃣ Medical History * Neuter Status: Completed * Microchip: Registered (Internal chip completed) * Other Notes: Heartworm negative 2⃣ Rescue Story Duffy was staying at the Miryang Shelter, where an ADOGS team member had been volunteering. The shelter was severely overcrowded with stray animals, and euthanasia lists were being posted periodically. Upon discovering Duffy's name on the list, ADOGS decided that rescue could no longer be delayed and stepped in to save him. 3⃣ Personality & Characteristics * Interaction with Humans: He is very shy around strangers and will not approach first, preferring to sniff from a distance while ducking away from touch. When treats are offered, he comes closer, and around familiar people, his startle response to movements or noises decreases, allowing him to rest comfortably. While he does not avoid familiar handlers, he generally spends his time quietly on his own rather than initiating contact. * Interaction with Dogs: At the shelter, he showed mild curiosity toward other dogs but preferred playing independently with leaves or spending time on his own rather than playing together. Occasionally, he was herded or crowded by other shelter dogs. * Interaction with Cats: Caution is required as he tends to bark when he sees cats. * Separation Anxiety: When his guardian returns home after an outing, he comes out of his room to check on them before returning to his own quiet space. * Potty Training: He uses indoor potty setups. When startled or frightened, he may accidentally pass stool. Retraining may be needed in a new environment. * Grooming & Hygiene: If approached slowly and petted first before touching his paws, he gently pulls his feet back slightly but accepts nail trimming with zero biting. While he still feels anxious, he stays calm and accepts thorough brushing sessions very well. * Leash Walking: Because walks are still unfamiliar, he gets fearful and avoids harnesses or leashes when he sees them, and extreme tension can cause accidental bowel movements. During outdoor sniffing sessions, he can get startled by the leash catching on his legs or the sound of motorcycles, requiring patient desensitization time for new environments and noise. * Motion Sickness: He gets extremely tense during car rides, which once caused an accidental bowel movement in the vehicle. * Biting/Defensive Reactions: He has never shown any growling or biting behavior. * Barking: He may bark out of vigilance or alertness. He barks for about 2 to 3 minutes when first placed in a kennel. Upon moving to a new space, he may display howling during the adjustment period. While this behavior can be somewhat noticeable initially, it quickly settles down as he adapts. * Personality & Tendencies: He is an independent soul who manages his alone time very well. He enjoys teething chew toys and nosework activities. Because he is timid, he feels scared of many new things including strangers, unfamiliar environments, physical touch, and outdoor walks. He needs a calm, patient family who will wait for him to open his heart at his own pace.

#AdogsMiyoo #어독스미유 💙 Name: Miyoo 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 1 year old (Born in September 2025) 💙 Weight: 12 kg / 26.46 lb 💙 Miyu's News Account: @_adogs_ 1️⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped and heartworm negative. 2️⃣ Rescue Story * Miyoo was living at the Gyeongju City Shelter, constantly facing the urgent risk of being placed on the euthanasia list at any moment. Unable to leave this gentle soul behind, Adogs stepped in urgently to rescue her and bring her to safety. 3️⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is quite timid at first, so she needs a bit of time and patience to warm up to new people. Once she settles into a new environment, she will gently approach to accept treats from your hand. Though she can be fearful and may try to flee when startled, she accepts human touch very gently once you pet her. * With Dogs: Gets along peacefully with other dog companions at our center without any conflict. * With Cats: Has not met any cats yet. * Separation Anxiety: Currently living in a group setting at our center, so individual separation anxiety cannot be assessed yet. Gentle home-adaptation training will be recommended after adoption. * Potty Training: Currently does her potty business outdoors at our center. Gentle potty training may be needed when transitioning to a home environment. * Hygiene: Has not had grooming or hygiene care experiences yet. * Walks: Has no prior walking experience yet. * Car Sickness: Rides smoothly in vehicles with ZERO motion sickness. * NO biting or mouthiness at all toward humans or dog friends. * Has shown zero barking at our center. Gentle guidance can be provided if needed after moving into a home environment. * Is a timid and shy girl who takes time to adapt to new surroundings. #AdogsBoonie #어독스분이 💙 Name: Boonie 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 5 years old (Born January 2021) 💙 Weight: 18 kg (approx. 39.7 lbs) 💙 ADOGS Instagram (KR): @adogs 💙 English Profile: @_adogs_rescue 1⃣ Medical History * Neuter Status: Completed * Microchip: Registered (Internal chip completed) * Other Notes: Heartworm retest negative 2⃣ Rescue Story Boonie was living on the streets with her young puppies during a freezing winter. Upon arriving at the scene after receiving a tip-off, ADOGS found Boonie raising her puppies outdoors while wearing a tightly constricted collar. Seeing how thin her nursing body had become and deeply concerned for the health of both Boonie and her pups, ADOGS stepped in urgently to rescue the family. 3⃣ Personality & Characteristics * Interaction with Humans: Having been deeply hurt by humans in the past, she is very shy and takes time to build trust. She gets tense and whines when facing a person one-on-one, but if approached slowly, she accepts physical touch, even if she flinches slightly. While being held makes her noticeably tense, she displays an adorable side by quietly following behind familiar handlers. * Interaction with Dogs: She adores dog friends! While she feels slightly awkward around very assertive dogs upon first meeting, she gets along and plays wonderfully with other companions. * Interaction with Cats: She showed no particular interest when encountering cats during walks. * Separation Anxiety: Since she is currently living in a group setting at the shelter, her individual anxiety levels are unknown. Structured independence training will be needed from day one in a new environment. * Potty Training: She currently handles her business strictly outdoors at the shelter. * Grooming & Hygiene: She handles baths well, and nail trims and brushing are both manageable. Because she is fearful of humans, brushing is best done inside her kennel; while she may growl softly during the process, she stays patient and accepts it well. * Leash Walking: She is currently undergoing training as outdoor walks are still unfamiliar. During walks, she makes eye contact with her handler and follows along nicely without pulling, though she prefers maintaining a comfortable distance. Extra caution is needed as loud noises or passing cars can startle her into bolting. * Motion Sickness: She traveled well without any signs of motion sickness during car rides under an hour. * Biting/Defensive Reactions: Because she is fearful of people, she is being monitored for potential defensive mouthiness. While she may growl softly during brushing or in uncomfortable situations, she has shown zero biting behavior. * Barking: When facing a human one-on-one, she may whine or cry softly, likely due to feeling uncomfortable. She occasionally barks at meal times to ask for food quickly, so practice to help her wait calmly will be beneficial. * Personality & Tendencies: While she appears timid due to her fear of humans, she reveals a bright, cheerful personality when surrounded by dog friends, whom she loves playing with! She is an independent, emotionally stable girl who copes easily with long periods inside a kennel. She loves treat bites and will actively catch them when tossed her way. Because direct eye contact or sudden reaching out makes her uncomfortable, approaching her slowly over time is recommended.

Is very accepting of physical touch and cuddles. * With Dogs: Gets along peacefully and reasonably well with his friends at our center. * With Cats: Has not encountered any cats yet. * Separation Anxiety: Since he is currently living in a group environment at our center, it is difficult to assess. Story
💙 Name: Lira 💙 Gender: Male 💙 Age: Estimated 3 years old (Born October 2022) 💙 Weight: 10 kg (approx. 22 lbs) 💙 ADOGS Instagram (KR): @adogs 💙 English Profile: @_adogs_rescue 1⃣ Medical History - Neuter Status: Completed - Microchip: Registered (Internal chip completed) - Other Notes: Heartworm retest scheduled for December 2026 Dental scaling completed 2⃣ Rescue Story Lira spent a considerable amount of time at the Gimje Shelter. Passing through several harsh seasons in those poor shelter conditions, his health slowly began to decline. Deeply concerned that this gentle and timid boy would be exposed to deadly diseases, ADOGS stepped in urgently to rescue him. 3⃣ Personality & Characteristics - Interaction with Humans: He still gets a bit wary and barks when encountering strangers, but he recognizes familiar faces and welcomes them happily with a wagging tail. He allows physical touch when approached slowly, though he remains slightly awkward with it. In his foster home, he shows his shy interest by sniffing his foster parent's clothes or listening intently for the sound of their return when home alone. - Interaction with Dogs: He is mostly indifferent toward other dogs and generally minds his own business. However, he has occasionally barked at other dogs while at the shelter. - Interaction with Cats: He has not yet been introduced to cats. - Separation Anxiety: When alone at home, he wanders around quietly to eat scattered treats. He used to have occasional potty accidents right before his foster parent left, and recently he has been coming out to the living room once before heading back inside. Since this might be a subtle sign of separation anxiety, his foster parent is keeping a close eye on him. - Potty Training: He uses indoor pee pads at his foster home. He gets it right most of the time, but he may occasionally miss the pad when his foster parent leaves or when he feels anxious. - Grooming & Hygiene: He squirms a bit during brushing and nail trimming, but he patiently tolerates it. He experiences moderate shedding, and his nails are currently trimmed during vet visits. He has also recently started toothbrushing! - Leash Walking: Because he is still unaccustomed to walks, he tends to run away when someone tries to put his leash on. During walks, he may spin in circles or resist by digging his feet in when the leash is pulled, so he needs ongoing training. Although naturally timid, his leash manners have improved significantly, and he recently completed a long-distance walk! - Motion Sickness: He experiences car sickness and drools during rides. - Biting/Aggression: He has shown zero biting tendencies to date. - Barking: He can be a bit vocal. When his medication is prepared with his favorite canned food, he barks in excitement to ask for it quickly. He also barks at strangers or other dogs. - Likes: He loves treats and gentle pets! However, he does not care much for dried or dehydrated treats. - Dislikes: He is fearful of strangers, other dogs outdoors, and loud noises, so he is currently undergoing desensitization training during walks. Moving objects, noisy things, and new stimuli all frighten him. He also dislikes vet visits, kennels, and nail clippers. - Personality: Lira is a timid and quiet soul. He is so cautious that he only wanders around when he thinks he is alone, yet he remains full of quiet curiosity. He just needs a patient family who will wait calmly for him to open his heart at his own pace.
