✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to JFK/EWR💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. 🙏 We are looking for a forever home that can care for Pogeun who is currently undergoing physical rehab for a herniated disc. 🙏 Meet Pogeun💙 💙 Adogs News Updates: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, completely recovered from heartworm, is undergoing physical rehabilitation for hind limb paralysis, and recovered from periodontitis. * Has restarted physical rehabilitation. Is undergoing treatment twice a week. His hind legs have gotten better and he’s started running. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Pogeun had stayed at the Gimje City Shelter for a long time. He has a mild and friendly nature with other dogs. Sadly, a severe disc injury led to emergency surgery for hind limb paralysis. He bravely underwent surgery and overcame hard rehabilitation. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is initially shy but becomes incredibly affectionate if you approach him slowly and give him time to greet you. Loves people and enjoys being petted. * With Dogs: Is initially wary of new dogs, but coexists peacefully with all his canine friends when given time. If other dogs disturb him while he’s resting or they annoy him, he may growl as a warning. * With Cats: Becomes excited when seeing cats and tries to chase them when their movement is quick. Therefore, careful management is required. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed as he resides communally at our center. Is fine staying with the other dogs. * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty. Occasionally makes pee mistakes indoors, especially when becoming excited and his hind legs tense up, regardless of his will. This problem has gotten a lot better recently, but not completely gone. Has a marking issue indoors and outdoors, so needs training. * Hygiene: Handles all aspects of grooming well, including baths, brushing, nail trimming, teeth cleaning, and ear cleaning. Does so well with the hair dryer that he sleeps through it without getting scared. * Walks: Loves and does well on walks but occasionally gets highly excited. Pulls on the leash when excited, but it isn’t severe and can be controlled. Can walk or even run without a support brace. * Car Sickness: Generally rides well in a car, though he may sometimes drool slightly. * Biting: Gives a warning with a growl when other dogs poke at him without manners, and bites them if they continue to bother him. * Barking: Tends to bark when hearing outside noise. * Likes: Loves humans the most. Like treats too. * Dislikes: ls scared of stick-like objects. Fears vacuum cleaners, and people or large objects suddenly moving or making big motions.

Story
💙 Name: Nacho 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 5 years old (Born in January 2021) 💙 Weight: 21.8 kg / 48.06 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1️⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, and heartworm negative upon retest. 2️⃣ Rescue Story * Nacho was living at a dog slaughterhouse in Gongdeok, Gimje. She had witnessed many of her friends being taken away in front of her eyes, and was rescued just a moment before being slaughtered. 3️⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is still fearful of strangers, startles easily, and shys away when touched. However, with familiar people, she is will approach first to lick their hands or touch them with her nose for treats. Still startles and runs away if you touch her suddenly. If cornered, she will patiently allow handling but shows slight signs of nervousness. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs. While she doesn’t actively show interest first, she becomes interested if the other dog approaches her with interest. If the other dog shows aggression, she lowers her body and avoids confrontation. Typically, she gets along well and runs playfully with her dog friends! * With Cats: When encountering cats during walks, she simply observes quietly without reacting. * Separation Anxiety: Is fine being alone and rests comfortably. * Potty Training: Never potties indoors and always holds it in, so she must be given outdoor potty breaks. Tends to mark outside during walks. * Hygiene: Stays calm during baths and brushing. However, she's terrified of the sound of the dryer and runs away even when she hears it. * Walks: Is on the timid side and a double leash must be used after building enough trust. Pulls on the leash a bit, but follows well if you stop or guide her where you want to go. Enjoys running during walks. Has gotten scared after elderly women and bikes passed by. * Car Sickness: Rides well in the car, even on long trips over an hour without signs of motion sickness. * Biting: May occasionally get mouthy when startled, but doesn’t actually bite hard in aggression. * Barking: Doesn't bark without a reason. However, may bark in surprise if a stranger tries to touch her unexpectedly, or when other dogs pass by her indoor kennel. Interestingly, doesn't bark at all when she’s out in the play yard. * Likes: Likes playing with balls. * Dislikes: Is scared of the sound of the blow dryer. During walks, she has shown fear of bicycles and elderly women, even trembling in fear. * Personality: Is a timid "scaredy-cat", but is also very curious and truly likes people. Is independent enough to enjoy resting peacefully in her kennel by herself, but also runs playfully with her dog friends and likes to play with balls. If you can be patient and wait for her to open her heart, she will eventually approach you on her own.

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to JFK/EWR💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. Meet Darae 🧡 💙 Name: Darae 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 7 months old (Born in February 2026) 💙 Weight: 9.7 kg / 21.38 lb 💙 Darae's News Account: @daraeeyo 1. Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped. 2. Rescue Story * Darae is one of five puppies born to mother dog Dada. Shortly after being born at the shelter, the puppies were separated from their mother and left tied to iron chains day after day. When Adogs returned to check on them, all five puppies had developed skin conditions that required urgent medical treatment. Unable to leave them in such harsh shelter conditions, Adogs stepped in to rescue the whole family. 3. Basic Information ❗As a young puppy, she may need training in areas such as separation anxiety, potty habits, mouthing, nipping, whining, disorderly behaviors, howling, and barking. ❗It is difficult to predict her adult size or shedding level because her father is unknown. ❗️ Puppies grow rapidly during their first 10 months, so her current appearance may slightly differ from earlier photos. * With People: Gazes at strangers with curious eyes; while she doesn't approach first, she sits gently and tolerates touch without fuss. When a child approached her, she flinched slightly but stayed calm and accepted being petted. Once familiar, she wanders around comfortably near her humans. * With Dogs: Is still a bit intimidated by other dogs. However, she shows ZERO defensive or aggressive biting. Even when another dog approaches, she sweetly and passively accepts them with her tail tucked softly. * With Cats: Gets scared when encountering unfamiliar cats up close and pulls firmly on the leash to create distance. * Separation Anxiety: Relaxes on her own without separation anxiety. * Potty Training: Mostly goes potty outdoors. Does zero marking. Very rarely in the middle of the night, she uses an indoor potty pad for pee. * Hygiene: Patiently tolerates baths very well. * Walks: Stays calmly by her handler's side outdoors. At off-leash dog parks, she joyfully runs alongside her handler when they run. On regular walks, she constantly checks in with her handler and matches their pace. * Car Sickness: Currently handles trips up to 25 minutes completely fine. While she actually enjoys getting in the car, she still shows mild car sickness about 50% of the time, so her handler is progressively building up her travel duration. * Shows ZERO biting tendencies, though she occasionally displays soft puppy mouthing due to teething. * Has shown no unnecessary barking or whining so far. * Likes chicken breast, egg yolks, sweet potatoes, and squeaky toys. * Gets scared of sudden loud noises and unfamiliar things. * Recently learned "Sit". Steps into her crate wonderfully when treats are present. * Is remarkably intelligent, quick-witted, calm, and tidy. Gets cautious with new experiences, preferring to sit still and observe until she feels safe before bravely taking action. Learns routines rapidly and will show wonderful adaptability in a new environment if you give her sufficient time. Never throws tantrums for things she wants, waits patiently, and drinks water so cleanly without spilling a single drop.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to JFK/EWR💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. Meet Chun-bae❤️ 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 💙 English Profile: @_adogs_rescue 1. Medical History * Neuter Status: Completed * Microchip: Registered (Internal chip completed) * Other Notes: Heartworm retest scheduled for November 2026 2. Rescue Story Chun-bae and Chunbong were left abandoned at a rural house in Andong after their owner departed. Tied to a short leash in an empty home, Chun-bae waited endlessly for someone to return. Deeply concerned for his health and well-being, ADOGS stepped in urgently to rescue him. 3. Personality & Characteristics * Interaction with Humans: He loves humans, though he can be a bit shy and keeps a gentle distance until he feels comfortable. Once he warms up to you, he turns into total velcro, showering you with sweet affection and insisting on sleeping glued to your side. He has no aversion to touch and accepts enthusiastic pets and handling calmly. * Interaction with Dogs: He avoids unfamiliar dogs at first and may give a quiet warning growl if they get too close. Even with dogs he knows, he prefers having a bit of personal space, though he coexists peacefully in the same room. * Separation Anxiety: Since he has not yet been left home alone at his current foster home, his individual anxiety levels will need to be monitored in the future. * Potty Training: He currently handles his business strictly outdoors at his foster home. He does not show leg-lifting marking behavior. * Grooming & Hygiene: While he isn't overly fond of brushing, he tolerates it well and does great with baths. He stays calm during nail trims if held in someone's arms. He has relatively low shedding. His foster parent is currently practicing toothbrushing with him every 1 to 2 days. * Leash Walking: He goes on 1-hour walks 2 to 3 times a day with his foster parent using a flat leash. Because outdoor environments are still new to him, he may try to bolt away in fear when cars or pedestrians pass by. * Motion Sickness: He showed zero signs of car sickness even during long-distance rides. * Biting/Aggression: He has never shown any biting tendencies. * Barking: Before his rescue, while tied up, he used to bark at passing humans to ask them to come closer. However, since being rescued, he has shown no barking behavior at all. * Likes: He loves meat-based treats! * Dislikes: He gets frightened by loud noises like stern scolding or sudden large gestures. He also seems a bit intimidated by food bowls, often stretching his hind legs out cautiously while eating. * Personality: He is an exceptionally sweet, gentle, and affectionate boy. He loves humans deeply and always wants to stay close by your side, accepting physical touch with incredible patience. He even reaches out a paw first to ask for love! While he takes a little time to adapt to new places, his loving nature makes him a total sweetheart.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to JFK & EWR💟 Meet Banjjak ✨ 💙 Name: Banjjak 💙 Gender: Female 💙 Age: Estimated 3 years old (Born in July 2023) 💙 Weight: 15 kg / 33.07 kg 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1️⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped and currently undergoing medical treatment for heartworm and anaplasma. 2️⃣ Rescue Story * Banjjak was found surviving in terrible conditions inside a high-frame wire cage in Gimje. Enduring the blistering summer heat with tick-borne infections and relying only on stagnant green algae water, her life was hanging by a thread. Recognizing that she needed urgent medical intervention before it was too late, Adogs stepped in to rescue her immediately. 3️⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is exceptionally gentle even with strangers, quietly accepting pets with a calm demeanor. Once she gets to know you, she happily approaches with a wagging tail, asking for pets and showing her sweet affection by gently licking your hands or face. Handles enthusiastic physical affection with complete comfort and grace. * With Dogs: Is currently residing in an individual quiet space while adjusting to our center, so she has not had direct face-to-face interactions with other dogs yet. * With Cats: Has not met a cat yet. * Separation Anxiety: Currently unknown due to the center environment. Appropriate training will be recommended upon transitioning into a home. * Potty Training: Currently practices both indoor and outdoor elimination at our center. A change in environment will require a patient re-establishment of house-training. * Hygiene: Has not experienced a full grooming routine yet. * Walks: As she is still adjusting to our center setting, she has no outdoor walking experience yet. * Car Sickness: Currently unknown; this will be evaluated during future transports. * Has never shown a single sign of biting or snapping. * Occasionally barks to politely ask for her turn when she sees other dogs receiving delicious treats. * Thoroughly enjoys having peaceful, comfortable moments to rest by herself. * Is an extraordinarily gentle, sweet, and calm girl. Strikes a wonderful balance between loving human companionship and being completely content relaxing on her own.
