Bella came to us as an owner surrender after unexpected life circumstance outside of anyone’s control changed everything sweet Bella had ever known. She had been with her family since a puppy and was a well-loved family member and it shows. Bella loves to take leisurely naps and be close to her people. She is a gentle, affectionate girl and is wonderful with children and other dogs. Bella is a chill senior gal, but still likes to chase the ball on occasion and loves her daily sniffaris. This love bug is looking for the loving family bond she once knew, where she can return love in spades. She could fit into most any household, even a first time dog owner. They don’t come much easier than Bella.

Daisy | English Black Lab | 11-Years-Old | Female | Approx. 100 lbs., should be closer to 70 lbs. Daisy came to Lily’s as an owner surrender after life changes in her humans’ life. True to her breed, Daisy is a sweet girl who loves to retrieve any/all toys and balls and is looking for the other half of her Velcro. Daisy is a young senior, full of enthusiasm and excitement. She loves to play fetch and will do just about anything for a throw for the ball. After a few romps for the ball, she is ready to snuggle up next to you on the couch for a good nap. Daisy grew up as the only dog, but has lived on and off with other dogs and does well with doggie friends. Daisy is a loving girl, making everyone she meets her instant best friend. She will make a perfect companion for one lucky family/human.

This social guy came to us as an owner surrender from Contra Costa shelter. Zack has proven to be an amenable guy who goes with the flow, just happy to be an attendee at the party! Whether the party is getting cuddles on the couch, going on adventure sniffari’s or accompanying you on your daily errands, Zack is the best sidekick you could ask for! Zack gets along well with almost every human and dog he meets, taking feedback well from other dogs when appropriate and smiling his way through the rest of the moments. Zack was neutered later in life and will need some understanding and patience while his amorous nature eases upon a bit, but he’s a good boy when he’s told to back off. Zack will make a wonderful, loyal companion for pretty much any home and is ready to find his forever pack!
