Meet Lionel – Your Daily Dose of Fun! Looking for a dog who will keep you smiling? This spunky 7 month old 30 pound Doodle/Terrier mix has a big personality and an even bigger zest for life! Lionel is the kind of pup who turns every day into an adventure. Whether he’s zooming around the yard, tossing his toys in the air, or making everyone laugh with his goofy antics, he knows how to have a good time. His playful spirit is absolutely contagious! But don’t let all that energy fool you—after a day of fun, Lionel is more than happy to curl up beside his favorite people for some well-earned snuggles and belly rubs. He’s incredibly affectionate and loves being part of whatever you’re doing. Lionel would thrive with an active family who enjoys walks, hikes, playtime, and enrichment. He is looking for a family that appreciates his lively terrier spirit and is ready to embrace all the fun, laughter, and love he has to offer. If your home is missing a four-legged comedian and adventure buddy, Lionel just might be your perfect match. Story
Hi, I’m Maverick, and I’m pretty sure I’m the kind of 2-3 year old, 70 pound Doodle mix you’ve been looking for. I’m a sweet, loving, confident guy who really enjoys being around people. I’m happiest when I’m near my person, getting some attention, sharing a little affection, and just being part of the pack. I’m also a great walking buddy! I walk nicely on leash and would love to explore the world with you. And if you happen to have some treats along the way… well, I’m definitely not going to complain! What I really want is a person I can connect with—a special someone who will let me be their loyal companion and share all the good stuff life has to offer. Some zoomies in the yard, exploring the neighborhood, hiking the trails, cuddling up with a good book, you name it! I’m loving, friendly, confident, and ready to find my forever person. The question is, are you ready for me? Thank you so much for your interest in adopting a dog from A New Chance Animal Rescue (https://anewchancear.org). We are a 501c3, tax deductible organization. Story
Please meet this sweet, gentle, soul girl Messi. While her brother Lionel is the life of the party, Messi is the sweet, thoughtful sister who prefers to take in the world at her own pace. This beautiful 7 month old, 27 pound Doodle/Terrier mix has a gentle heart and is looking for a patient family that will help her blossom into the amazing dog she’s meant to be. Messi may be a little reserved when meeting new people or exploring new places, but once she feels safe, her sweet personality begins to shine. She finds comfort in the company of other dogs and would truly thrive in a home with a confident canine companion who can show her that the world isn’t so scary. With love, patience, and a furry best friend by her side, Messi’s confidence grows a little more every day. Messi isn’t looking for perfection—she’s looking for someone willing to cheer her on as she discovers just how wonderful life can be. If you have a loving home and a friendly canine companion ready to be her guide, Messi will reward you with quiet loyalty, unconditional love, and the joy of watching a shy dog truly come into her own. Sometimes the sweetest friendships are worth waiting for—and Messi is absolutely worth it. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION.. MARGARITA is currently in foster care in Houston, Texas and the adoption fee includes her transportation with Mighty Mutt Shipping if interested there is an application on our website https:/www.houstonshaggydogrescue.org/apply/ This is MARGARITA She is approx 5 years and 65 lbs - she needs a diet! she was thrown away in a field with just a few bushes for shelter and found by a lady that contacted us to rescue her, she looks like a mini lab mix, she is full of personality, she does like to run and play with her rescue buddies and loves people, however , she does not like to share her food with the other dogs, not people, and will growl at any of them that go near when she is eating or has a treat, so we feed her apart from the others, she loves to chase squirrels and ill sit in the yard for ages waiting for one to appear... she would be great for someone that likes to hike or jog, as she loves to eat and could do to lose a few lbs.. she does need a fully fenced in and secure yard, she seems to be well house trained and does well on a leash she tested positive for heart worms when we took her in and has been treated with the recommended heart worm treatment by the American Heartworm Society, we find that the dogs usually test negative in 4-6 months after treatment, THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY IN FOSTER CARE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS,WE SHIP OUR DOGS WITH MIGHTY MUTT SHIPPING TO THE NORTH EAST OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require a home with experienced dog owners only and no children under that age of 8 years. The total adoption fee of $500 ( and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip. Look at that face!!! Adorable, I wish I had more pics right now . Someone watched a girl dump this poor puppy on the side of the road …. Pathetic!! Chase is super sweet and friendly . Loves to be around kids, people and other dogs.he’d make a superior family member or companion. Puppy energy but loves to pass out on the couch with his favorite. Vaccinated, neutered, too young for heartworm. Be the hero you want to be . You can change Chase’s world.
