Story
Chewbacca (12/26/18) is a chocolate labradoodle, weighs about 60lbs. He's mostly a good boy, he's getting old and stubborn so if he doesn't want to go outside or leave the kennel, he's not doing it. He's a big ol baby, and if you let him, he wants to be a lap dog. He listens when you tell him to go lay down or tell him to go to the kennel. He can be high energy and would do good in a house with kiddos, he'd make an excellent family dog. His biggest downfall, he marks. He has to wear a belly band all the time. Maybe that will stop when he's not around another dog, bc he won't feel the need to claim his area, but I don't know. He's good about wearing the belly band, he doesn't fight it or try to take it off. He lives with 3 cats currently and he leaves them alone completely.

We are sadly having to rehome our dog and are looking for a loving home for her. She is 5 years old and is very sweet, affectionate, and great with kids, including younger children. She loves being around her family and would do best in a home where she gets lots of attention and companionship. She does need a fenced yard and will need to be let outside often, as she enjoys being outdoors and staying active. She is also not fully potty trained, so she will need a patient family who is willing to continue working with her on that. This is a very hard decision for our family, and we truly want to find the right home for her where she will be loved and well cared for. Story
We got bella from the human society about 5-6 years ago. She is around 10 years old. She can still run and play well. She is a very sweet quiet dog. She likes to lounge throughout the day, but also loves walks. She loves to play "tag" with other dogs, but she can be intimidating to other dogs because of her size and needs a proper introduction to other dogs, she can be a little on edge at first. She is not treat or toy motivated, but she really likes chewing on bones. We love her dearly, but we have a one year old and she has begun to growl when our daughter gets near her and she nipped at her yesterday. We can't risk the safety of our daughter and have decided to make this hard decision to remove her. She tore/hurt her CCL a couple of years ago but walks like normal now, she starts to limp occasionally after very active days, but does not seem to be in too much pain, and only for a day. She also has copper sotragr disease and we recommend "voyager" food for low copper.

Hi, Im Vanelope and ready to find a place to call home! I was adopted as a puppy at a different shelter, but since then, Ive found myself moving between different shelters. Ive had a lot of changes in my short life, and Im hoping my next stop will finally be my forever home.<br/><br/>I love to play with other dogs here at the shelter.
