Maybel is a beautiful 8-year-old female Labradoodle with a sunny blonde coat and a calm, loving personality. She’s fully trained, spayed, and up to date on all her vaccinations. She loves lounging in the sun on the deck and enjoys spending her days relaxing. Maybel is great with kids and other dogs, making her a wonderful companion for a family. She would do best in a home with a fenced yard where she can safely enjoy her time outside. Maybel has never been around cats or other animals, so a slow introduction would be needed if you have other pets. She is very low energy but very loving! Doesn’t jump or run indoors. Vet says shes in perfect health but she is getting slower in her midlife. Loves booty scratches and waiting for the kids to drop food off the table for an extra treat. My name is Sam and I’m an 8 year old labradoodle. I’m a gentle giant and the most loving dog you will ever meet. I’m good with cats and other dogs, but a little socially awkward with dogs when getting to know them. I get a little nervous of other dogs when out of my safe spaces (like when going on a walk) but never am aggressive. I am great on walks and love to go for hikes and swimming. For a large 8 year old I still have plenty of energy and love to play.What I need is someone to give me attention and routine. I love attention and will be the perfect match for someone who has time to spend with me. I am protective of my home and have a habit of barking at people passing by the window, but I’m quick to redirect and will be great home security.I am 100 pounds of warm cuddles and love to snuggle so I know I can be the perfect companion for someone who loves the same.

Ralse is a loving 6-year-old, 75-pound dog adopted from a shelter in Kansas City, Kansas. He appears black but has gray and white in his coat, with soft brown eyes and a gentle, people-loving personality. He is house-trained and generally well-behaved, with only minor habits like getting into wrappers or paper. He gets along with other dogs but has a strong prey drive and cannot live with cats. Ralse is strong on leash and will pull when he sees dogs or squirrels, so he needs someone comfortable with a larger dog or willing to continue training. He can jump a 4-foot fence, so a secure yard or supervision is important. This is a very difficult decision, but I can no longer give him the care he deserves. I’m seeking a loving, responsible home where he can thrive.

Story
Rocky is a 7-year-old, 58-lb sweetheart who is looking for a new home. We truly hoped we could make it work, but with a baby, a toddler, and a husband who now travels regularly, we just are not able to give him the time and attention he deserves. Rocky is a good, loving, energetic dog who enjoys being around people and settles into routines really well. He is healthy, but a few things to be aware of are that he has some skin allergies that can make his skin dry and flaky, and he occasionally gets benign cysts. He also been known to snack on a sock if one is left out. He gets excited and does not realize his size so may run into littles or lose his footing on wood floors. Rocky enjoys walks and can pull a bit at first, but once he gets into a consistent routine he does really well & loves the exercise. This is a really hard decision for our family because Rocky truly is a sweet dog. We just want him to be in a home where he can get the time, attention, and love he deserves every day

🍀 Lucky 🍀 is one of those dogs that makes you feel better, just having him around the house or by your side. Your heart is lighter, you smile more, and you find yourself looking on the bright side of things. He is an 8-year-old blind Labrador Retriever mix weighing about 60 lbs. He’s so smart, and his blindness really doesn’t affect him that much, as you’ll see when you read more about him. 🍀 Lucky 🍀 is mellow and just goes with the flow. Especially when the flow includes pets and cuddles for him, which he accepts graciously, without being pushy about it. He absolutely adores kids and is super friendly and gentle with everyone he meets. He’s a smart boy and knows commands like sit, lay down and shake. He is a really good boy around the house and doesn’t get into stuff that isn’t his. He can be left alone while his people are busy or away, and he sleeps all night in bed with people, in his dog bed or on the couch. His goofy side emerges when there might be food or treats available. Those are a couple of his favorite things, and he gets all excited at meal time or when his people get near where the treats are kept. He loves all toys, especially ones he can play tug with. He also likes to play “go find.” 🍀 Lucky 🍀 enjoys walks and does all right on the leash. Mostly, though, he’s lower energy and just wants to snuggle with you while you pet him. He gets along with other dogs, and bigger dogs are preferable to small ones. Because of his eyesight, Lucky should have a fenced yard. He’d do great with a dog sibling to show him the ropes. He can do stairs just fine, but ideally he’s in a home that doesn’t have an excessive amount of stairs. If you adopt 🍀 Lucky 🍀, YOU are going to be the lucky one(s)! He’s truly a gem and so easy to love. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and current on heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. His adoption fee is $175.
