Palmer-Labradoodle male, ~ 6 yr. (Feb. 2026) Palmer was rescued from a high kill shelter. He was adopted, but unfortunately, the family fell onto bad times and split up. All the pets were sent back to their original rescues and Palmer was warmly welcomed back by his foster home in Bourbon County Rescue. He's accepted the changes in his life but we do want him to has his very own family again. Where he can have the security and love he so longs for. Palmer is a nice medium sized dog with a lot of personality. He's an active dog, who needs an experienced owner/family with an active lifestyle to keep him mentally and physically challenged. He's a loyal dog, bonds easily to people and is a friend to all. Palmer is about 40-45#. A home without small children and cats would be best. He may be too exuberant for them. Palmer gets along well with other dogs. His adoption fee is $300 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. This is Lacie, not only is she a beautiful girl, but she is super sweet and very good natured…more on the easy going submissive side. She seems to love everyone that she meets, and she really enjoys any attention that they wish to lavish her with. Still being a youngster, she is fairly active and still has a lot of puppy play in her, making her all that much fun to be around. She gets along well with other dogs and she always has a big time playing with them in the play yard. My wish for Lacie is to be adopted by a fun and active family that will include her in their everyday comings and goings. Lacie is 7 months old (dob 7/28/25) and weighs 50 pounds. She has been spayed, microchipped, 4DX heartworm tested, fecal tested, current on all vaccinations, worming and is on heartworm and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $400. Lacie is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted she will be transported to her pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and her fee includes transportation. Due to state laws, we cannot accept applications from residents of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Maine since we can’t adopt directly to those states.

If you like the scruffy, fun, active, outdoorsy type, this girl is for you! She absolutely loves to play in the pond, in her case the water basin in the play yard, she enjoys running around the play yard checking things out and playing with her friends. At 1 ½ years of age Roxanne is still a youngster, so she would probably enjoy most any fun activity that she was included in. She is also a friendly and good natured girl that loves people (adults and older kids) and gets along with other dogs. She does not do well with cats. Roxanne is a good size too, weighing 38 pounds…not too big, not too small. All this girl needs is a fun and active family to call her own!
