She is one of a litter of 4 and she and her sisters (Layla, Lorna, and Lana) are coming to us from Alabama along with their devoted mom, Archimedes. Like any happy puppy, Delia is full of curiosity, playfulness, and charm. She loves exploring the world around her, making new friends, and soaking up all the cuddles she can get. She is also very friendly and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Delia is at the perfect age to learn all the important things that will help her become an amazing adult dog. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
