Story
Welcome! This is our brown lab mix, Harper Lynn. We adopted her as a new puppy from our local shelter… as those sweet eyes caught our eyes walking by her. We fully went in with 100% lifetime commitment to her. We started training day 1 and boy is this dog smart! She is potty trained, can sit, lay down, shake, play fetch, speak on command, etc. She is kennel trained and it’s her safe space with a blanket and chew toy (but not too long she’d rather be playing fetch, going for a walk, or just following you around! Lol). She NEEDS a big yard fenced or land to run and play on, as that is how she thrives! She either sleeps in bed or her kennel so indoors at night is ideal for her. She’s AMAZING in the car long or short distance. She is high energy with newness but calm after, as she’s still a pup. As My husband is full time on the road and we have a baby on the way, we just cannot accommodate her as we so wished and tried. Thank you for your time!

Story
Say hello to Shadow, a 2-year-old male Lab/German Shepherd mix weighing around 55lbs. Shadow is a very shy boy who has been with us in rescue since he was six months old. This shyness is greater in some rescues than in others, so we asked a trainer for help, and he’s progressed a lot.  He’s more playful and confident. We’re looking for a warm and caring family that will understand when he’s timid and will provide him with a fenced yard to help with that.  Though he’s gentle natured and wouldn’t hurt a fly, small children may startle him; therefore, a home with older children or adults only would be best. Shadow does well with other dogs and cats and is also housebroken. His foster says of him, “ Shadow K is an extraordinary dog, he just doesn’t know how to show it. His heart is filled with love!” (Revision11/24/23, ML)  (Age revised 6/19/4)Please check out his video!   **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption Fee/Transport Fee: $250.00July 25, 2024, 4:16 pm

Story
Stetson, our 8-month-old Lab/Retriever mix, wears a short, shiny coat of deep black. And, although he weighs only between 20 and 25 pounds at this point, his adult weight will be between 50 and 60 pounds. Stetson’s temperament is as good as his looks. He gets along well with other dogs, kids and his foster’s cat! An all-around fine boy, this fella would be a wonderful addition to your family. Story
When he came to us, he was already named Bruno which sounds like a tough guy name to us, and Bruno Boy (we added the boy) is anything but!  A Lab/Catahoula mix, his 5-month-old puppy weight is between 20 and 25 pounds.  When he matures it will probably be between 30 and 35 pounds.  Not the biggest dog, and not the smallest either.  With his short and sleek coat of black and white, he’s a handsome fellow, and he loves to be stroked.  We brought him out of the kill shelter, and once with us in rescue, we discovered that he loves dogs, kids and his foster’s cat!  No tough guy here! What a sweetie this pup is!  (posted 3/19/24, TN)       **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. ** Adoption: $395 which covers quarantine, shots, worming, medical records, spaying/neutering, microchip and an Alabama State Health Certificate.   Transport, if needed  $160   We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip .
