Meet Ralphie! Ralphie is about 2 years old. He is a happy boy who is full of energy! Ralphie is already crate trained. He is also potty trained in his current home, but as with any dog, he will need gentle guidance on the learning the appropriate place to potty in his new home. Ralphie seems to enjoy the company of other dogs of all sizes. He loves playing with other dogs and toys in his foster home. Ralphie knows how to sit when asked and is very food motivated, which will help make his continued training so much easier! Ralphie will be best suited to a home with older children, and prefers a feline-free home. Interested in meeting Ralphie? Story
Meet Natalia, a delightful girl who is looking for a special place to call her forever home. She`s a sweetheart with a personality that`s a unique blend of playful and shy. Natalia loves a good game of fetch, her tail wagging with joy as she chases after tennis balls and squeaky toys alike. Although she has energy to burn, she also cherishes the quiet moments when she can curl up in a cozy corner for a nap. She`s friendly and cuddly, always ready to nuzzle into a warm hug from the people she trusts. Natalia`s gentle spirit and loving nature make her a wonderful companion. Adopting Natalia means opening your home to a bundle of joy who will bring endless love and laughter. She has an affectionate heart, and she`s waiting to share it with a loving family. Adopt Natalia and fill your life with pure, unconditional love. Natalia is still learning how to play gently and to share her favorite treats, so we are requiring that any children in her new home are age 10 or older. She can get jealous of other dogs, so we are requiring that she go to a single dog home. A consultation with our behavior team will be provided to discuss individual needs.Adoption Price: $200Monthly Promo Applies!

Story
Waffle is a sweet and energetic purebred Labrador Retriever boy, born on May 1, 2024. He’s friendly, playful, and loves walks and fetch. He’s fully vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP) and microchipped, with vet records from Animal Spay and Neuter Clinic in Auburn, CA. He’s a wonderful companion—loyal, smart, and affectionate. Unfortunately, our family’s busy schedule means we can’t give him the time and attention he deserves. We’re hoping to find a loving home that can provide plenty of outdoor activity and care.

Story
Meet Joy — the shy black Labrador who’s THIS close to becoming your new best friend… she’s just double-checking that the world is safe first. Shelter life has been a little overwhelming for this sweet girl, but every day she lets her guard down a tiny bit more — and that’s when her goofy, wiggly, silly side peeks out. Her secret ? She bonded with her kennel mate and suddenly boom… there it was: JOY in full bloom.  Joy is the kind of dog who won’t rush into a relationship — she’s more of a “let’s get coffee first” type. But once she connects ? Oh, she’ll love you with her whole heart, and you’ll wonder how you ever lived without this beautiful black Lab shadowing your every move. Give her patience, kindness, and a little time… and Joy will give you everything she’s got. Come meet this quiet sweetheart and watch her shine. One look into those soft eyes and—sorry—your heart doesn’t stand a chance :)Joy recently met some social dogs at our shelter and did fine.  She wasn’t ready to play, but we hope that as she gets more experience in our shelter playgroups, she’ll be ready to show us her silly side with other dogs.  She`s currently sharing her shelter suite with a friend she met at the shelter.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match!  Check out her playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. Story
Meet Bruna, a chocolate Labrador mix with a heart full of sweetness and a spirit that just needs a little room to bloom. Shelter life is overwhelming for this gentle girl, but during a quiet one-on-one session with a volunteer, Bruna showed exactly who she really is: a shy lovebug who melts the moment she feels safe.Once she realized she could trust her new friend, Bruna backed her little booty right into their lap—politely but very clearly requesting her new favorite thing in the world: butt scratches. And once they started? She kept asking for more. That’s her love language.Bruna’s skin shows signs of past neglect, likely from fleas, but with time, care, and prevention, her coat will be shining again soon. What won’t change is her gentle nature, her desire for comfort, and her belief that butt scratches make everything better. If you’re looking for a soft, tender soul who just needs someone to take a chance on her, Bruna is waiting. Give her safety, give her love—and she’ll give you her whole heart.Bruna has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home.
