Bishop is a two year old male Labrador. He comes from great hunting lines. He is house-broken, great with kids and very active. He knows all of the basic commands; e.g. sit, down, stay, etc... I hate to give him up but I have two very young kids that keep me busy all the time. I can't give him the love and attention that he deserves.

Story
Hi! I'm Prince Charming, 2 years old and the handsomest fellow around, but I'm not all just looks! I'm super sweet, smart, and very playful too. I'm a bit shy with other dogs, but could do well with slow introductions. I love to meet new people though! I am also an active guy and enjoy my walks and outside activity. If you're looking for the best family dog ever, look no further and ask staff to meet me outside! (: Interested in adopting? Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Bruna, a chocolate Labrador mix with a heart full of sweetness and a spirit that just needs a little room to bloom. Bruna turned out to be the sweetest dog we’ve fostered. Bruna was shy at the shelter, not meeting eye glances and a bit standoffish. Once she got to her foster home, it only took 5 hours for her to warm up to the family and snuggle up on the sofa for Christmas movie night. Each day that passed, she opened up a bit more. Here’s what we learned about Bruna after fostering her for 2 weeks. She’s a happy girl. Her tail is constantly wagging when she hears someone call her by her name, “good girl”, or her favorite “pretty girl”. Bruna is crate trained and that’s her safe place. She often goes back to her crate when the family is busy. She takes a chew toy and entertains herself. Bruna is potty trained and wait patiently by the door to be let out. Bruna is smart, and treat motivated. She knows basic commands such as sit, leave it, and take it. She understands stay but sometimes gets excited and follows foster mom instead. She gets along with the 10lb chihuahua resident dog, and during Christmas did great with the visiting Shih tzu. There were no signs of food or toy aggression. Bruan would do wonderfully with another playful dog in her permanent home. Bruna loves to play outdoors, especially fetch with tennis balls. Tennis balls rank 2nd behind butt scratches! When she comes inside, she knows it’s quiet time. Bruna will snuggle on the sofa if there’s room, or happily lay on the dog bed next to the sofa, and quietly chew her toys. Foster family had guests of all ages at the home during Christmas and Bruna did great with everyone. She loves children, and enjoys giving them kisses. She’ll fall for anyone that’s willing to stop and give her butt scratches. Bruna was a bit leery of tall men when they first approach her, but of course, butt scratches did the trick. Foster family is working on leash walking. Bruna gets too excited when the leash comes out, and she loves to charge ahead during walks. She will need to be tired out a bit before walks or additional training for walking on a leash. She doesn’t react to other dogs or squirrels during the walk. Though she’s curious about the resident cats, she watches them from behind the gate and have not reacted by lunging forward or barking. Foster family believes Bruna may be okay with a dog savvy cat with slow and proper introduction. During the first week, Bruna stuck to her foster mom like velcro

Story
Meet Caesar, a handsome black Lab mix with one true passion in life: FETCH. Throw it once and you’ve got a fan for life. Caesar lives for the chase, the triumphant return, and the perfectly polite drop-it-at-your-feet moment while he waits (very patiently) for the next throw. If fetch were an Olympic sport, this boy would be a guaranteed gold medalist.Caesar would thrive with a family who has the time and space to indulge his favorite game—whether that’s a backyard, a park, or regular adventures to stretch his legs and show off his skills. After a solid fetch session, he’s more than happy to soak up human affection and enjoy some well-earned love. He’s a confident, well-mannered guy who walks nicely on leash, listens well, and genuinely wants to be your very best companion. Smart, attentive, and endlessly devoted to his people, Caesar checks all the boxes. In short: fetch champion, loyal friend, excellent walking buddy, and 100% certified good boy. Ready to throw the ball and your heart his way?Caesar has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match!  Check out his playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm.
