Story
Hello, I have a black lab who seems to be mixed with great Pyrenees. He is one years old as of March 2026. He is very friendly. He just got out of a boarding training program so he is an active training however, my husband and I don’t have the time needed to fulfill his needs and demands. My 80 year old grandma moved in with us and he has to much energy to keep him as it could cause great harm to get just off of 1 bump. He has puppy energy but is crate train and knows commands like sit lay and can work well on the leash with a prong collar.I can provide a crate two leashes, one used for training one used for other use and I have dog food that will last a few weeks

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
A Loyal Companion Seeking His Perfect MatchMeet Jasper — a lovable, lanky Lab with a heart as big as his tennis-ball obsession. This happy-go-lucky boy is playful, affectionate, and always ready for an adventure, whether it’s a game of fetch, a splash in the water, or a nice walk by your side. Jasper is eager to please and loves working with his people. He already knows commands like sit, stay, shake, and lay down, and his attentive nature and treat motivation make training a joy.Jasper walks beautifully on leash, is fully potty trained, and enjoys doggy playgroups at the shelter. Since arriving, he has grown tremendously in confidence and continues to blossom into a sweet, social companion. He thrives with consistency, positive reinforcement, and a patient person who will continue helping him feel safe and successful.Like many smart, sensitive dogs, Jasper can sometimes become protective or possessive of things he values. Because of this, he may do best in an adult-only home with someone committed to continued training, structure, and understanding his boundaries. With guidance and trust, Jasper has so much potential to be an incredibly loyal and devoted companion. At the end of the day, Jasper is simply looking for someone to toss the ball, share life’s adventures, and love him for the wonderful dog he is.He has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match!  Check out his playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. Story
Life is pretty amazing when you’ve got a loyal companion like me by your side! My name’s Kirby and I'm 8 years old. I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but if you give me a bit of space and patience, I warm up quickly. As a distinguished older gentleman, I’m perfectly happy lounging on the couch, enjoying short strolls, and soaking up all the pets and cuddles you’re willing to give. Interested in adopting? Visit our shelter during open hours and ask about Kirby A063285March 8, 2026, 3:02 pm

Story
Zoro is a 2 year old, 75 pound dog who is looking for his forever home! Zoro was a homebody in his last home and while he was so comfortable with his family, he didn`t get out to see the world. Now that he is at the shelter he is completely out of his element. All the strange noises, smells, and sights have him feeling rather unsure. He is looking for a family to give him the chance to open up and show how charming he truly is. We have discovered Zoro`s secret favorite activity is to chase his people!I have lived with dogs and enjoy going on playdates with shelter dogs! I would love to go to a home with another dog friendly dog(s)!I don`t have a history of living with cats, so I may need a slow introduction.I have a history of living with children. I may do well with yours with a slow introduction.
