Story
Hi there! I’m a happy, sunshine loving girl with a big smile and an even bigger heart. I love being around people, whether we’re playing outside, going for walks, or just hanging out together. I’ve got a sweet, gentle nature. I also like playing with my dog friends as well. Oh and one very important thing you should know about me is ball is life. If you’ve got a tennis ball, you’ve got my full attention (and my whole heart). Fetch, chase, repeat. I could do it all day!

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! At approximately 4 months old, Duke is in an ideal stage of puppyhood: full of energy and curiosity while already showing signs of intelligence and eagerness to learn. This possible lab mix responds when called, works for treats, and responds well to positive reinforcement. He is also currently undergoing potty training and crate training and sleeps through the night consistently. He would need leash training like any new puppy. Duke is currently recovering from FHO surgery and will need a family willing to support his continued recovery and strength-building. Puppies typically recover very well from this procedure, and Duke has already shown impressive resilience throughout the process.  Duke enjoys people and does well with other dogs. He warms up quickly, seeks out human companionship, and prefers to stay close to his people throughout the day. He has plenty of typical puppy energy and especially enjoys toys, balls, sticks, and chew toys. As with any young puppy, Duke is still learning manners and boundaries. He would do best around dogs with stable temperaments and patience for normal puppy behavior while he continues training. Why he’s special:  He’s got a head start on training, a heart full of love, and a quiet, thoughtful nature that makes his affection feel earned and genuine. Add in his resilience, and you’ve got a pretty incredible little companion.  Since he still needs leash training, we are requiring a secure fenced yard for him. Duke will be adopted with a delayed neuter addendum, which means he will be neutered at a later date at one of our vet partners in the Orlando area and the cost will be covered by the rescue. His adopter will be responsible for dropping him off and picking him up. If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you would be a good match for Duke, please complete an app and let us know more about you.May 27, 2026, 4:42 pm

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Meet Mathers the IV — The Real Pup Shady “Look… if you had… one shot… one opportunity… to meet the coolest glow-up underdog of North Florida… would you take it?” Mathers didn’t grow up on 8 Mile, but his early life in North Florida had its own kind of gritty soundtrack. Found as a stray at just two months old, this little rap prodigy got scooped up by a shelter and then transferred to a training facility. He got a solid foundation there, but it was still a kennel-life grind — and for many months on earth, that’s all he knew. So yeah… The Real Pup Shady came out understandably cautious of the big, overwhelming outside world.
But don’t get it twisted — this 1-year-old boy isn’t broken. He’s rewriting his story, bar by bar. Since moving into foster with a local trainer, Mathers has been taking on the world like a true comeback king. Every day he’s dropping Brave Boy Bars™, slowly learning that new things aren’t scary — they’re just part of his debut album called “The Glow-Up.” And he is KILLING it. His Crew (AKA other animals) • Dogs? He LOVES them — big, small, fluffy, spicy… doesn’t matter. • Cats? He’s so polite you’d think he’s trying to win a Grammy for Best Gentleman in a Supporting Role. His Fans (AKA humans) Mathers has met people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. He needs a minute to warm up — he’s still learning how to speak “human” — but once he does, he becomes a cuddle-heavy, heart-melting, stage-diving lovebug. The Basics: Healthy • Neutered • Microchipped • Walks great on leash • Has mastered crate training & potty training • Building a strong recall • Smart, thoughtful and ridiculously cool • Comes with FREE ongoing training & support   The Perfect Home:  This rising star thrives with a medium-to-large confident dog who can show him the ropes — a hype buddy for his journey. Someone with experience with nervous pups would be ideal to keep the beat going and help him finish this transformation from shy stray to full-on superstar. Since he's a young and active boy, we would love a fenced yard for him where he can run, but his adopters must also be active, taking him on walks and keeping him socialized. If you’re ready to give Mathers the IV the one shot, one opportunity he deserves…
Step into the spotlight. The Real Pup Shady is ready to stand up. If you live in the the Central Florida/Orlando area and believe you have the perfect home for Mathers, please complete and app and tell us more about you.  May 27, 2026, 4:42 pm

Story
This gorgeous boy had a tough start to life—he and his littermates were abandoned by their mother at just 3 weeks old and found huddled under a shed. Since then, we’ve lovingly cared for them, provided training, and made sure they’re healthy, happy, and ready for forever families. Now, this amazing pup is looking for the loving home he truly deserves. He’s healthy, up to date on veterinary care, and won’t need any shots until next year. Vet records and receipts will be provided at adoption. Why you’ll love him: Resilient and loving—he’s overcome a rough beginning and blossomed into a wonderful boy. Healthy, vetted, and ready to join your family. Smart, trainable, and eager to please. Adoption requirements: Because of his breed and energy needs, we cannot adopt him into an apartment. A home with a yard where he can play and thrive is required. Rental homes must show written proof that bully breeds—are allowed. Home checks and landlord/mortgage verification will be completed.
