Story
Lulu was born sometime in October 2021 and is a Labrador Shepherd mix. She has been recently spayed. I adopted Lulu from a Soldier in my Army unit in Texas in December 2022. His wife passed away, and the unit's leadership asked if anyone could take her in. The Army was allowing him to relocate to a base closer to his home in Florida to be closer to his family due to his loss, so that he couldn't take Lulu with him. She's a friendly, lovable girl who loves walks, barking at cats, and barking at strangers through the fence or gate. Her little brother is Oz, whom we adopted shortly after he was born in May 2023, so Lulu could have a playmate. He is an Australian Shepherd mix and has recently been neutered. We'd like if they could remain living together. They are both trained to sleep in a very large crate at night and when we're gone for short shopping trips around town. They have been exposed to children ages 8 and under, and will be fine after warming up for a while.

Story
This girl is a sweet and playful and loving as they come. She loves the outdoors and is really just an all around great dog. Why would I re-home her? Because she deserves and needs more than I can give her. She's around 1 1/2 yrs. old and is in great health. What I can offer just shouldn't be her whole life. My husband passed away and during an emotionally lonely season, I got a dog. I am happy I rescued from the shelter. She is a great pet and deserves a long life. However, I didn't know my own needs and if I were going to ever get another dog, I would choose a much older dog that likes and needs the amount of rest time that I also require. I can picture her riding in a jeep with the wind in her face. She loves to run full speed outside and play in the water. There's a creek in front of my condo I take her to play near weather permitting. But most days, we are inside as a watch my grandchild and she's just laying in her bed bored. It's hard for me to handle both. Thank you.

Story
Meet Django! Django is a lively and lovable 12-year-old boy who still has plenty of spirit. He enjoys the company of other dogs and plays well once he’s had a little time to warm up—especially with male dogs. Django is a good listener, knows basic commands, and has great manners. He doesn’t beg for table scraps and spends most of his day relaxing, unless it’s playtime! His absolute favorite treat in the world is a good back scratch—he’ll happily lean in for as long as you’ll give them. Django does have a small cyst on his left leg. It hasn’t caused him any pain or mobility issues, but due to financial hardship, he hasn’t been able to receive a vet evaluation for it yet. We want to be upfront about this so his future family knows what to expect. Overall, Django is a gentle, easygoing companion who would thrive in a loving home where he can relax, play, and enjoy plenty of affection. If you’re looking for a sweet senior with a great personality, Django may be the perfect match.
