Story
Meet Oates 🐾Those soft, soulful eyes? They belong to Oates — a confident little 10-week-old puppy with a heart far bigger than his paws. From the very start, Oates has shown us who he is. He’s the brave big-hearted brother, quietly helping his deaf sibling Hall (also available!) find confidence in a loud, confusing world. Even as a baby himself, Oates steps up — steady, gentle, and full of love. He’s a tender-hearted soul, the kind of puppy who feels everything deeply. Oates blossoms with calm voices, encouragement, and gentle redirection. Harsh words? They would break this boy’s heart. All he wants is to do right and make his people proud ❤️ When it’s playtime, Oates is all puppy joy — romping with other dogs, chasing toys, and soaking up life one experience at a time. He’s learning the ropes of house life, working on potty training and manners like any growing pup. 🐾 Dog-friendly? Absolutely. 🐾 Cat-approved? Yes! He currently has a kitty friend he adores. 🐾 Kids? He hasn’t met them yet, but with patient guidance and supervision, we have no concerns in the right home. Oates would truly shine in a home with a playful canine sibling to help guide him, wrestle with him, and teach him what it means to be part of a pack. If you’re searching for a puppy who will love you with his whole heart, look at you like you’re his entire world, and grow into a loyal, gentle companion — Oates may be the one you’ve been waiting for. 💙 ✨ Oates comes with: ✅ Neutered ✅ Age-appropriate vaccines ✅ Microchipped 💲 Adoption fee: $250 To adopt Oats, go to www.foreveryoursokc.org/adoption-application to apply

Story
This handsome fellow is Jackson! Jackson is an approximately 5 year old male Labrador mix and weighs around 70 lbs. He was rescued from a small rural shelter in Oklahoma. Jackson is so sweet and affectionate (maybe a little too affectionate for small children). He is a strong boy. He is such a goofy boy and just wants to love you! His best life would be with an active individual or family to help him burn energy and get his playfulness out, then he is a mellow boy ready to just relax and be by your side. Adequate exercise is essential for his success. He would be happy to run, walk or hike with you. Jackson plays with an assortment of dogs in doggy daycare, but a playful dog close to his size would be ideal. He loves to play with other dogs, but he is also very people orientated, so in the right situation (active home, with plenty of exercise), he would be fine as an only dog. He is crate-trained, keeps a clean kennel in boarding, and would do best with an Easy Walker type harness and leash. He rides very well in the car. Jackson is neutered, current on vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250. If you would like to adopt Jackson and make her a part of your family, please apply at FYDRadopt.com Since Jackson is in a boarding situation, he qualifies as a foster-to-adopt or just as a foster. Story
💕 Hi! I’m Snoelle! I’m 10 weeks old, full of puppy joy, and ready to find my forever Valentine! My Story Started on a Freezing Morning… Just after Thanksgiving, I was found only days old, left in a basket on the side of the highway during a brutal cold snap. I was tiny, fragile, and needed help to survive. I became a round-the-clock bottle baby, fed every few hours by my foster mom until I was strong enough to eat on my own. From icy pavement to warm cuddles, I’ve come a long way! ❄️🍼 🌸Now Look at Me! 🌸 I’m a happy, thriving, typical puppy who loves life and is ready to find my forever home! I love being outside, where I can investigate all the things and then run back to report my discoveries to my foster mom (very important puppy business 🐾). Things That Make My Tail Wag: 💗 Wrestling and running with my sister Snowbelle 💗 Playing chase with my dog friends 💗 Exploring outside 💗 Dumping my toy box and testing every toy 💗 Treats (lots of treats) 💗 Hugs, kisses & booty scratches 💗 Long, cozy naps when playtime is over 🎶 You’ve got a friend in me 🎶 ✔️ I love other dogs ✔️ I love kitties ✔️ I would love some kids of my very own! 🏠 Puppy Progress: 🚽 I’m working hard on potty training and doing great with routine and timed breaks 🛏️ I’m excelling at crate training and sleep quietly through the night (with a structured potty break for training success) ⏳ Like all puppies, I’ll need patience, consistency, and continued training. My perfect home will understand that puppyhood is a journey and be willing to put the time in while I’m young. 💖 My Valentine Wish: An active family who enjoys walks, adventures, and has dog friends for me to grow up with. In return, I promise a lifetime of loyalty, love, and snuggles. ❤️🐾 📏 Expected adult size: ~60 lbs (best guess) ✅ Spayed ✅ Age-appropriate vaccines ✅ Microchipped 💲 Adoption fee: $250 To adopt Snoelle, go to www.foreveryoursokc.org/adoption-application to apply.

Story
This very good girl is Kate. Kate is an approximately 3 year old female mixed breed best guess is a Retriever mix of some sort. She weighs around 80 lbs. She was rescued from being chained under an old truck and had just given birth on the cold ground. She's a trooper and holds no grudges. She is the sweetest thing. Although she is on the bigger side she is very gentle. Great with kids, other dogs and cats. The perfect trifecta. She is a bit of an attention seeker and would love to be a lap dog. She currently sleeps with her foster mom and is a big snuggler. Kate needs a secure stockade fenced backyard. She would love another playful dog in the home, but given plenty of attention and exercise she could be adopted as an only dog. She is not destructive when left alone and is left uncrated with free reign when her foster family is gone. Kate is crate, house and leash trained. You can't go wrong choosing this amazing girl! She is spayed, current on vaccinations, current on heartworm preventative and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250. To adopt Kate, go to www.foreveryoursokc.org/adoption-application to apply.
