**WE'RE A FOSTER-BASED RESCUE, NOT A SHELTER** Zander is a young Lab mix around 1-2 years old. He was found wandering in the country, but not microchipped and nobody ever claimed him so he may have been dumped. He's such a sweet boy, but can take a moment to warm up to strangers. He gets along well with other dogs and has been doing well learning house manners. He has some separation anxiety as well, but that's also being worked on in foster care. If you'd like to meet or adopt Zander please first fill out the application on our website SHELTERFRIENDS.ORG Processing can take up to 5 days, and then a volunteer will email you. 🐾 Meet Titus 🐾 Titus is a 6½-year-old Black Labrador Retriever / mixed breed weighing 50 pounds with a gentle soul and a resilient heart. He came to the shelter after being surrendered by his family, who were worried he needed surgery they could not afford. After veterinary evaluation, it turned out Titus did not need surgery and instead appeared to have a chronic ear issue, which is currently being treated. While there’s no way to predict whether Titus may have related medical issues in the future, he is currently doing well and enjoying life. Titus will need an adopter who understands this uncertainty and is able and willing to provide medical care should any issues arise down the road. Mature dogs like Titus often make wonderful companions—calm, loyal, and deeply appreciative of a loving home. ✔️ Vaccinated ✔️ Microchipped ✔️ Neutered If you’re looking for a devoted companion and are prepared to support him through whatever the future holds, Titus may be the perfect match for you.
