We picked up Frey from Texas Humane Heroes and he was the only one in the entire room who was calm, timid, and not barking. My girlfriend and I asked to see him and he was just the cutest little thing! He should be around 5 months old right now and we've only had him for around 2 months. But unfortunately, my girlfriend's father needed to undergo quite a severe surgery overseas and my job is very short staffed and is requiring me to work full time now so this little guy wont get the attention he deserves. Frey is a very nice pup who actually learns very quickly (sit, down, paw with both hands, stay) and will be very easy to train in the right hands. I take him to the Cedar Bark Park around 3-4 times a week when I can and he loves to run with the other dogs and play in the lake. He also loves to play tug of war with his rope toys! Im looking for an owner who can take care of him like we did or maybe even better and give this little shelter boy the life he deserves!!!

Timber's only flaw is she needs to be fed by herself as we believe she was starved before. She is a lovely dog and so very gentle. The fracture healed completely, but the nerves involved in bladder and bowel control didn't come back all the way — so he needs a bit of hands-on help with both. A couple of years ago, during a winter freeze, he was found wondering around. Everyone simply called him “Dog,” but we named him Ash because of his ashy appearance. Since then, Ash has been through a few foster homes. One family traveled frequently, another became pregnant with their first, they had allergies. When we offered to help, we wanted to do the right thing, so we got him neutered, vaccinated, and tagged. Unfortunately, our circumstances have changed, and we are struggling to give Ash the time and attention he deserves. Ash is happiest when he has room to run, explore, and enjoy long walks. He loves being outdoors and would thrive with someone who has the time and space to give him an active lifestyle. He has been around plenty of children, and there have been zero incidents. Some of our relatives also have dogs, and Ash has never had an incident with them either. This isn't an easy decision. We want what's best for him. Please help! xxxx@xxxx.x
