Story
Cooper is a kind boy who tries his best, but needs someone who is more experienced at adoption. He was found outdoors around 3 months old (9 months now) by another family. We agreed to bring him in because their Yorkie wouldn't accept him into the group. At the time, I was on the road for work, and the training was agreed to rest upon my family. Sadly, within three months of me being back, he still wets in the house, playfully nips at our 5-yr old pitty (they do not fight, have never been aggressive, just playful); and he seems to have some food and water anxiety, as well as getting jealous (nudges, nips, smiles, frustrated) when attention is centered on our pit terrier. I firmly believe he either needs a mostly outdoors life, or an experienced and patient parent to adopt him (solo pet). He is very bright and has learned other behaviors quickly (kennel, sit/stay, wait to eat, etc), but has struggled with the above. Very sweet and good-natured, but needs a different home.

Story
Finn is a loving and loyal dog with a huge heart and gentle nature. He forms strong bonds and loves being close to his people. Most of the time, he is calm, affectionate, and happy to relax at home.New people, animals, and environments can bring out stronger emotions in Finn, and he may become overly excited or cautious until he has time to settle and understand his surroundings. In those moments, he can be strong-willed and will benefit from space, structure, and calm guidance. Once comfortable, often within a day or two, his sweet personality shines. He becomes affectionate, playful, and enjoys the company of both people and other pets, including cats and dogs. With a new baby in our home, we’ve realized Finn would be happiest in a home better suited to his energy and sensitivity. He would thrive with a patient and consistent family who can give him love and structure. He is a wonderful dog who has so much affection to give.

Story
Timber is in boarding and safe but needs her own home. She is bonded with Cowboy, a Cairn Terrier. They are very close, sweet natured, great with all people and kids. Timber's only flaw is she needs to be fed by herself as we believe she was starved before. She is a lovely dog and so very gentle. Both dogs are kenneled together and need a little help with home crate training and learning the schedule for outdoor potty. We have all the info on reunionrescue.com Training Page. Ask about our lifetime holistic care program along with our foster to adopt plan. Call us today about Timber and Cowboy!

Story
Allow me to introduce you to Momma Carly, a gentle and affectionate soul who is ready to find her forever home. After dedicating her life to raising her puppies, this sweet mama is transitioning to a new chapter, and she's doing it with style and grace. Momma Carly is a quiet and dignified lady with a heart of gold. She may be a little shy at first, but her loving personality shines through with each passing day. She has a gentle and calm demeanor, and at a perfect weight of 30 lbs, she exudes a "medium" energy that is both relaxing and endearing. It took a few days without her offspring for her to embrace the comforts of a soft bed, whether it be her own or shared with a kind human. She has impeccable manners, knowing how to gently ask for pets and always showing excitement at dinnertime. She is a quick learner, following the lead of her foster sibling in the yard, and she takes on the role of "lieutenant," ensuring the area is safe and sound. This young lady has a heart as big as the sky, and she is ready to give all her love and loyalty to someone who will show her a little kindness and patience. Momma Carly is an absolute delight and is sure to bring joy and companionship to her new family. If you're looking for a faithful friend to share life's adventures, consider Momma Carly. She's waiting patiently for that special someone to call her own. She is being fostered in the Austin, Texas area - adoption fee is for this area only.
