We are so happy to introduce you to Toasted Marshmallow and thanks to the shelter his lab work and dental have been performed and he's available for adoption. He's been in a foster home for 2 weeks and this is what we've learned, Toasted Marshmallow is a delight! He has the energy of a much younger dog. I would say he's the most fun loving dog I've ever had live with me. He's so good, quiet, and lovable. He follows me around everywhere. Toasted Marshmallow checks all the boxes, except he hasn't been exposed to cats, but his demeaner tells us he would likely welcome any creature into his realm.Meet 13-year-old Toasted Marshmallow--named by my 13-year-old daughter because this adorable and fun-loving Maltese-Poodle (Maltipoo) has one rear brown paw from the dominating gene of the brown poodle. Marshmallow is healthy and loves to sleep in your lap after a playful round of scratch my butt. He is very obedient and when not receiving attention, he will quietly cuddle himself in his bed. Marshmallow was recently neutered and had a dental that removed many rotten teeth. He has healed quickly and is waiting patiently for his forever home and family.

Meet Coffee Shop Chrissy! Coffee Shop Chrissy entered Redlands Animal Shelter as a stray. When she wasn't reclaimed, we scooped her up on March 21st. Chrissy is 16 years old and weighs 11 lbs. She is feeling better after a much-needed haircut and grooming! Coffee Shop Chrissy went on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we could learn what she is like in a home. Her Fling Mom reports: "Coffee Club Chrissy made a little progress during her time with me. She no longer flinches and jerks away from me when I touch her. Here's what I've learned about her: - She's a good eater - She gets along with everyone - She prefers to go potty outside if she can get there - She can't hear much, if anything at all - She has limited eyesight and will flinch when something will appear in front of her, or if she walks from shade into sunlight - She is not interested in walks but may enjoy a stroller ride - Her favorite pastimes are sleeping and eating - She loves ear and butt rubs - She sleeps through the night in her pen (so she doesn't get lost or stuck somewhere) - She is very quiet Chrissy is a lovely old lady. She just needs to know someone is there for her." While Chrissy waits for her forevery family, she is on second Fling. We are so glad she is receiving extra TLC in the comforts of a home. Her Fling Mom shares: "Coffee Shop Chrissy is a beautiful flower in my bountiful garden of pups. Honestly, I would keep her, but we need your help.
