Miss Mila was quite shy so we place her with a great foster person, who spent time with her, helping her learn that she is safe and can be loved. I am an affectionate and curious little girl who loves new friends, who are patient with me as I am a bit shy at first but I do like both human and canine. I am gentle and sweet, and I love getting lots of pats and belly rubs. I am still learning my leash skills, but I'm making great progress! Regarding house training skills: I am pee pad and doggie door trained. My foster dad and mom use a harness and its ok with me. I love my people and I love other dogs, too! I'm a little princess who is just looking for someone to love me and take me on adventures. ++++++++++++++++++++++ NO DNA TEST was completed; therefore, the breed mix is absolutely an assumption based on the vet’s opinion and internet research, including but not limited to characteristics, shape of muzzle, ears, tail, paws, body, and more.

He was in desperate need of a dental and he had a cherry eye. He has settled into his home and we are happy to report surgery is behind him now and he had 18 teeth removed and his cherry eye fixed! He's feeling like a new man! Dustin is a shy little fella and will require a slow warm up to new people. He is dog friendly and would prefer for his family to be home a little more often than not. He promises to be your forever shadow! Dustin will require regular grooming and upkeep of his coat as it grows back in. He will need to establish a trusted relationship with a groomer, as he's not a huge fan of scissors around his face. Bentley has been in our family for the past 2 years, he has brought me and my 2 adolescent children a lot of joy. However, we are moving to a new home and sadly we cannot bring him with us. Bentley is a very fun and loving dog. I will honestly state that Bentley does require a lot of redirection due to his overly energetic personality at times. I would recommend someone adopt Bentley that can handle an energetic dog and who is willing to train and guide him. He will be a great addition to any family, he's always super excited to see anyone. As with any dog he loves attention, toys, and loves when guests come over. He also has a soft side where he likes to lay down next to you and just snuggle. I would prefer for him to be with an owner who has had pets in the past. It should also be noted that Bentley does not have much experience interacting with other pets specifically dogs and cats.

Story

I acquired Dexter from a friend. He is a spunky, loving, cuddly 8 year old dog. Dexter has a condition called cerebella hypoplasia . This affects his coordination and walking. He has the ability to use all of his legs however, he is unable to balance for long periods of time which results in a lot of rolling around. In spite of this he has the best spirit out of any dog I have ever been around. He knows his name when you call him, he can fetch (it may take him a little longer than other dogs to bring the ball back to you), and he is potty trained in doors. Dexter doesn't do a lot of walking on his own so he needs help to get to food, water, and to bring outside to go to the bathroom. Although he knows not to potty inside I use a diaper for him just in case for accidents. I know all of this sounds intimidating but he truly is the most loveable dog you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. This is not something I ever wanted to do but I currently do not have a choice.

She's fine in the car, has experience with teenagers, and lots of other dogs. She is healthy, curious and loving. We don't know if she's had experience with cats. Her ideal home would be with a person or more who are often home and can continue to work with her on doggie skills. She is pee pad trained also.
