Looking for love and a great home. Garnet is a super sweet big lug of a mastiff.  Garnets house burnt down last December  and he was so badly burned no one was sure if we could save him.  We felt really bad for him and his owner, so we cared for Garnet while getting him well. It took 6 months of horrible pain stacking medical Care. He is great now but he will be scared for life but looks great.  His owner rebuilt and wanted him back.  Now she has decided it would be better for him for us to find him a loving home.  He is truely a very special guy.   Garnets date of birth September 17, 2020. Garnet is fawn with a black mask.  He is up to date on vaccines, on heartworm prevention, micro chipped with Home Again  he is well enough to be neutered and that happens on 11-28-23. We do not have any pictures of his after he was healed as good as he gets. We lost all  the pictures but we have pictures of his long six months of Recovery.  If you have room in your heart and home for this sweet boy or any of our other wonderful, beautiful babies please email Miracle House Animal Rescue and we will send you our adoption questionnaire: miraclehouserescue@gmail.com. Are you looking for a BFF for your dog?  Me too!  I’m John Coffey AKA Bowling Ball. One look at my head and you’ll understand my nickname.  I’m approximately 11 months old, neutered male Mastiff mix. I was found on the streets with my parents and siblings. I’m slowly coming out of my shell to trust people. I’m housebroken. I love all of my resident siblings - male and female.  I enjoy playing with them and stealing their toys. I enjoy watching my shows from my spot on the couch.  I’m working on walking on a leash and progressing nicely. I enjoy spending time in my crate relaxing in my space. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. Hi! I’m Barbie! I was found as a stray in Dayton with 5 other mastiffs who were my family. I am delighted to report that I have settled into my foster home & I am loving being spoiled. I got to go on a trip with my foster mom!! I love my foster mom!! She says I’m a Velcro dog & I attach to my person. I don’t know what that means but I do know that I stick close to wherever she is. I like to think I’m keeping her safe!! Think 80 lb lap dog..  My foster mom says I’m a wonderful traveler. I am good on a leash, great in the store ( I love to shop) & great in the tub! I love hotel rooms & snuggling on the couch & in bed! I am happiest chilling on the couch with a toy or bone!  I am quiet in the house, good in the car & I’m great with dogs & cats! I am kind of a big chicken when it comes to new people! It scares me when someone runs right up in my face.  My mom says I need an emotional support person!  Apply to adopt me today!
