TWIX Meet Twix. He is a 3yr old, male Mastiff Shephard weighing 65 lbs. His previous owner got him as a puppy from a friend’s litter but can no longer keep him ☹ Twix is a silly, playful goofball. He enjoys long walks, hiking, camping, swimming, tug and fetch. Twix is very sweet, loves physical and verbal affection. He can match your energy to be very active or can be a couch potato. Twix has had multiple professional training experiences, all successful. He is a very quick and motivated learner. He is thoroughly house-trained as well as crate-trained. He loves his crate! He will crate himself to take naps throughout the day and also will tuck himself to bed when the sun goes down and sleeps through the night. Twix will do best with experienced, active dog owner(s) who are able to be consistent with good daily habits to strengthen his foundational training. He walks very well on leash and knows how to heel. Twix prefers to be the only pet in the house. Small children are not recommended due to size and energy level. If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at the Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
