Are you ready for boundless love, endless cuddles, and a lifelong companion who will fill your home with joy? Look no further because Buddy is here to steal your heart! Buddy is a 3-year-old pup with a one-of-a-kind look that's as unique as his personality. While we can't quite pinpoint his breed, we like to say he's a delightful blend of 31 flavors! From his adorable button nose to his wagging tail, Buddy's charming appearance will make heads turn wherever he goes. But it's not just Buddy's good looks that make him special; it's his wonderful personality that truly shines. This sweet boy is a social butterfly who adores people of all ages. Whether he's snuggling up on the couch for movie night or romping around in the backyard, Buddy is happiest when he's surrounded by his human friends. And let's not forget about his furry companions! Buddy is a social pup who gets along famously with other dogs. He loves nothing more than playdates at the dog park or cozying up with his canine pals for a nap. However, there's one thing Buddy politely asks for in his forever home: no cats, please! While he's a sweetheart with people and dogs, he hasn't quite warmed up to our feline friends just yet. Buddy is eager to find his forever family, one who will cherish him, spoil him with belly rubs, and provide him with all the love and attention he deserves. In return, Buddy promises to be your loyal companion, your faithful friend, and your constant source of happiness. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this lovable pup, come meet Buddy today. He's waiting with a wagging tail and a smile that will melt your heart! Story
A wonderful couple took in this big playful dog to keep her safe and decided to foster her and find her a forever home.  Sissy was dumped in their neighborhood and choose their house to make herself at home. Sissy has been spayed and up to date on vaccinations.  She is approximately 18 months old and weighs about 65 pounds.  They are working on house training, she is crate trained and left in a crate when they leave the house. She knows a few commands like SIT, STAY & COMES when her name is called.  They are working on other basic commands and behavior issues.  Sissy is a big girl and still likes to jump like puppies do.  She will need a home that is active and can walk her and give her the exercise she needs. Her foster home has another dog and Sissy loves playing tug or war and running zoomies around the yard.  If you are interested in adopting Sissy, please contact IDA GARCIA @ 210-317-6381 This is a courtesy posting for the foster family.   ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         April 26, 2024, 10:28 am

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Update 10/29/23 Still available!  8/14/23 Meet Chessie! This beautiful girl is hoping to find her family. While Chessie looks like a Mastiff, she is not mastiff sized! She’s about 60 pounds and about a year old. Her siblings look nothing like her. We don’t know their breed for sure, only having their looks to go by. Chessie is very sweet and loves people. She is good with other dogs, cats are unknown. She does tend to jump on people and for that reason may not be the best candidate for young kiddos. She wouldn’t hurt them on purpose but may knock them over. Chessie currently lives in an outdoor fenced area at her foster home simply for lack of space. Her foster mom spends lots of time with them, but wouldn’t it be nice for Chessie to find a nice warm couch to cuddle up on? Also, dogs thaf have lived most of their lives outside tend to be easier to house train because going outside is all they’ve known.  Please share this beauty. Adoptions are SLOW but there are still so many dogs in need of rescue. Spayed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and started on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Located in Arkansas, but transport is available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them at one of the following times/locations. Harrisburg, PA 2am FridaysPort Jervis, NY 5am Fridays orSouthington, CT 8am Fridays East Hartford, CT 11am Fridays To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 email apps.aasr@gmail.com with any questions. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
