Story
In a Loving Foster Home Speak to his Foster ask for his videos Zeus is a love, he loves to be loved on and he’s very gentle. He’s very thin and needs to get some weight on him which we will do! He slept in the foster’s bed so he will be spoiled. He walks well on the leash. He loves to sniff and mark on his walks! He’s in the country! Zeus met my other 3 dogs and he is perfectly fine with them, Zeus likes to play and engage with other dogs. Zeus also loves to be around people, that is obvious from the second I met him, he loves to be by your side, thus will be great with children, although I won't recommend very young children because of his size and playful nature, he might be inadvertently too overwhelming for tiny tots. Zeus is well behaved, crate trained, and takes food from your hand gently. He still needs to gain weight though. We are looking for a calm home where he will thrive with his people. He is very affectionate and loves having his head and ears stroked. He will love being someone’s pet. He was great in the car. He has not shown any signs of ever being mistreated. He takes treats gently. He dances when it’s to eat. He snores and is a bed hog! He’s a lazy boy and enjoying the good life. He is very people-focused and will be a loyal and devoted boy for whomever is lucky enough to adopt him. I kind of think he's a BoxMas, a boxer mastiff mix! He is long legged and has the big feet, I think he's got the temperament also. We went to petco today, he was very interested in the animals and kids with his tail wagging. His foster Mom ust wrote: Our boy charms absolutely everyone! He loves kids. He’s dog social. He is collecting hearts everywhere he goes. He’s 78lbs now, so gaining weight. He's 3 years old. And he loves kids and all people, if he could be in your lap with his head on your shoulder that's where he'd be....you can kiss and hug and rub him, nothing bothers him. Not a hyper bone in his body Zeus is a very sweet boy, he did well on his ride home with me yesterday; he just laid in the back on his blanket. He is a real people dog, he just loves being with his family. He will be most happy just hanging out with you, laying around being petted and loved on. He is a big strong dog, but walks well on his leash, and tends to just walk and you go with him ! From his Foster just now on Memorial Day If I was retired I would adopt him in a nanosecond, I feel he needs someone that can take him to many places, on daily drives, hiking and meeting people and other dogs, he is so social.
