Faith was rescued from an overflowing shelter that reached out for emergency help. We saw her sad eyes and adorable face and knew we had to give her a second chance at finding her forever family! Faith weighs 14 pounds and we expect her to end up in the 18-20 pound range when she reaches her adult weight. Ready for the most loyal buddy ever? Come on down and meet Fabulous Faith! Faith is the sweetest, most loving dog in the entire world! The first few days, she was very unsure of her new surroundings. We get it, it’s a big change. However, with lots of cuddles and reassurance, she quickly blossomed. She loves belly rubs and scratches behind her adorable ears. She will give you thousands of puppy kisses if you let her! Faith is a non-stop love machine which shows how you can’t always judge a book by the first chapter. She loves being carried around like a baby and even tolerates being dressed up like a little doll. She will occasionally play and zoom around but she is all about her people. Faith is a total velcro dog and would be an amazing companion for someone needing a Zoom mascot or permanent shadow. Faith is low energy compared to most puppies, but she can still play with the best of them. Faith’s dream home is one where she can get all the love and affection she deserves. She finds comfort in having a dog sibling but could easily adapt to solo life. Faith is so smart and happy, it’s a wonder she landed herself in the shelter. She’s the sweetest dog in the world and we know she will win you over instantly! Faith wakes up around 7 AM and goes right outside to do her business. She goes back to her crate for some more sleep before she gets her breakfast. However, she prefers to graze and snack throughout the day. Once she has a snack, she plays with her toys and enjoys some belly rubs. She goes out for a morning stroll at 11 AM around the block. For the rest of the afternoon, Faith alternates between napping, playing with her toys, and soaking up all the cuddles she can from her people. Once everyone returns home from school and work, Faith eats her dinner and then spends a bit getting her zoomies out as she shows off her skills. In the evening, she joins her foster family on the couch for some TV and more snuggles. She goes out for one more potty and then heads to her crate for the night by 9:30 PM. Faith lives with another small dog and gets along well with him. She loves showing off her playful side when he allows it. She adores all her humans, but her favorite person is the teenager. Her tail wags so fast when she sees him we swear she could start flying. Faith learned how to walk on a leash in her foster home but she has made amazing progress and is a total pro now! Our favorite thing about Faith is how she learned to massage herself by rolling onto her toys. What a resourceful girl! Come on down and meet Fabulous Faith! Faith is an option for homes with prior dog owning experience, even if less recent. Kids in the home should be over the age of 10.October 9, 2024, 5:36 pm
