Story
Poppy  is a very sweet girl who loves cuddling and a good walk. She’s a quiet dog. She is a sun seeker and loves to lay in the sunshine in the yard. When she’s excited, her little nub will definitely let you know.   Energy Level?  medium. She loves a good cuddle session, but she also enjoys her time outdoors. She enjoys a good walk.  House trained?  Yes.  Describe how they are on a leash?  She does wonderfully.  She loves to investigate, and if she smells ground animals (like squirrels, birds on the ground, etc.) she will pull to investigate. She loves to sniff and explore!  Describe how they are with other dogs?  She’s great with other dogs. Currently living with another dog Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they?  Poppy has been fostered  with two cats. She’s wonderful as she doesn’t chase them and gives them plenty of space.  Commands they know?  Currently working on “stay” and “touch”.  What are their favorite things?  She loves exploring the backyard and enjoying the sun. She loves a good walk and likes to cuddle.  She also loves a good treat.  What do they need to work on?   Her cues to go outside to potty are very subtle. So we take her out regularly, whether she needs to go or not.  How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone?  She’s fine left alone. She goes in her kennel and sleeps until we return. She has been left alone for a couple of hours before.  Where do they sleep?  In a kennel.  This is a fairly new arrangement, as she was in a pen before. She also sleeps fine on her bed. What is their ideal home?   Poppy  loves her people, so a house where they will shower her with love would be ideal.  She really enjoys her walks. She’s very sweet and loves a good pet session. If you stop before she gets her fill on pets, she will let you know. She does well with other dogs and cats. Has also been around small children and did wonderfully. Poppy is a great companion. The Adoption fee is $325.   For adoption consideration or to meet our dogs , please complete our online adoption application at  www.everypetsdream.org/adopt . Story
05/05/26 17:07This sweet girl may take a moment to find her confidence when you first meet her, but give her just a little time and she`ll be melting into your hands. She`s gentle and trusting with her handlers and happily accepts full petting from head to tail. Once she knows you`re a friend, her tail won`t stop wagging! When it comes to playtime, this girl is all in. She goes absolutely wild for toys and lives to chase a ball — she`s the kind of dog who will remind you when it`s time to play. An active family or anyone who loves outdoor play would be her perfect match. She also appears to be housetrained, which means she may settle into a home routine more quickly than you`d expect — one less thing to worry about as she finds her forever family!

Story
**Meet Chip on Saturday, May 16th from 11 am to 1 pm at Dublin Petsmart west, 6960 Amador Plaza Rd.** Chip is a Miniature Pinscher mix, better known as a Min Pin. He weighs 22 pounds and is about four-years-old. He sports a sleek, shiny black coat with brown markings and black stand-up ears. Chip enjoys his walks and sleeps all night in his crate. This Min Pin is friendly with people and most dogs. He can be playful and also a sofa snuggler, and he entertains himself with toys. Chip is enjoying his foster home and getting used to all the comforts that he may not have known previously. A quiet home with adults only and low activity is recommended since he can become startled by unfamiliar sounds and actions. For more information about Chip, the Min Pin, contact his fosters Bob and Ginny at: RNacamu@yahoo.com If you're interested in Chip, you can submit an application by clicking the "Apply For Adoption" box located below his photos on the right side. Story
Min Pin / Chihuahua Mix Age: 7-8 years old Female, spayed 9 lbs Adoption Fee: Donation (includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations) Millie was an abuse case from the San Jose Shelter, confiscated by animal control from her previous owner. Her body was riddled with various injuries accumulated over time, including fresh puncture wounds and a past dislocated hip. The puncture wounds eventually healed, and our vet did FHO surgery on the dislocated hip (as opposed to the initial plan to amputate the leg altogether). She doesn’t walk perfektly, but she is pain free and agile. In addition to her physical injuries, there was also psychological trauma as a result of the abuse she suffered. Understandably, she had trust issues with humans and struggled with being handled. Being under the care of a loving foster home has made a big difference in her relationship with people. Ideally, she would thrive in a home with other friendly dogs her size. She also lives with a cat in the home and is bonded with the cat (maybe not so much from the cat’s perspective . . . ) She would prefer a home where the humans are around most of the time. Story
Hennessy is a tender-hearted senior Terrier/Chihuahua mix with a gentle spirit and soulfulbeyes. He’s seeking a second chance after a stretch of heartbreaking challenges. Hennessy has been through a lot—but he’s never stopped being gentle, loving, and full of hope. He and another senior dog, Luna, have spent their lives together as members of a small but loving pet family that also included a kitty named Mia. But when their owner lost her apartment, the little family was forced to live in a car. Now, although their owner has secured a new job and a place to live, sadly, the pets are not allowed to join her. She reached out to us, heartbroken, hoping someone would step forward to give her beloved companions the life they deserve. Hennessy adores people and has a soft spot for cats. Now he is looking for a home full of love, cozy spots, and kind people. Most of all, he just wants to be someone’s beloved boy again. Can you give Hennessy the peaceful retirement he deserves?

Story
Meet Carter, a spirited red Miniature Pinscher with a heart full of energy and charm! Despite his age, Carter remains incredibly spry and loves to stay active, making him a perfect companion for an energetic household. He is highly social and thrives on interaction, always eager to make new friends. If you're looking for a playful, affectionate pup to brighten your days, Carter is the one for you! Here's some notes from his foster: Don’t let the greying face fool you. This little guy is full of life and puppy antics like zoomies, play bows, and endless curiosity. Carter can walk or jog for miles on sunny days and moves briskly, but he’s equally happy burrowing under blankets and sleeping the day away when it rains. He loves being warm, and will move from sunbeams to heating pads to laps throughout the day. Carter is potty trained, and comfortable being home alone during work hours. He’s food-motivated, loves scratches and ear rubs, and makes the cutest jumps with his tiny feet when he's excited.
