Story
Hi! I’m Belle and I am the most blessed dog. I was dropped off to get euthanized due to my vision impairment and the most wonderful people at the shelter decided that I was still worthy of being someone’s pet because I had so much love to give. I am 11 years young, 27 lbs, and I’m searching for a partner who enjoys a good snuggle, has a cozy lap, and loves morning walks. I enjoy laying in the sun, chasing balls, and snoozing away while you work. And I happily receive my eye drops that come with treats. Might you be curious about meeting me?

Story
This is what Niner's foster had to say about him:"He is a super fast runner and top notch walker! He rode well in the car, very excited about looking out the window. At one point he flew around me in tight circles, just overcome with joy. We walked about 3 miles and he never got tired. He didn't seem to have much of a reaction to other dogs we saw, just a few barks, then eagerly back to the task at hand - walking! At first he didn't seem too interested in me, but after we got back to the car, he hopped into my lap for a long cuddle session. Niner would make an ideal companion for someone who already walks daily or is interested in having an enthusiastic exercise partner. Niner is a happy, well adjusted little guy who generated a lot of interest from other park visitors, eliciting smiles and comments about how cute he is. What a dear little guy!" NAME:TagSTATS:Male, Min Pin, 10 years, 10 lbs.TEMPERAMENT:Shy at first and when he feels safe, he is your best snuggle buddy..SKILLSPotty trained.Crate trained.Leash trained.Older children only.Good with dogs.Good with cats.Would make a great hiking buddy.MORE ABOUT ME:Likes belly rubs.Couch cuddler.Likes walks.Needs patient owner willing to work on behavior (see details below).ONE LAST THING:Tag is a gorgeous red Miniature Pinscher. He is shy at first with new people. Once he gets to know you he is a snuggly sweet guy. Tag is very sensitive and smart. He is coming out of his shell and amazing transformation. He loves to snuggle. He loves to curl up right on top of you or beside you and just enjoy his time with you. He has been great with dogs that are similar to his size and adapts quickly. He's also got the basics down (kennel trained, potty trained, gets along with other animals) and is ready to find the perfect home. He's pretty vocal when it comes to telling you what he wants. For example, he will bark or whine near the water dish, door (for potty), or food when he wants it. He's so smart and picks up on things pretty quickly.Tag needs time to adjust and decompress in new situations. He is quite skittish and weary of new people. Because he is skittish, he would do best in an all adult home or a home with older, patient children. Loud noises or quick movements make him nervous, so patience and a semi-quiet home would be best.May 1, 2024, 12:30 pm
