All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update. Jack has been in a great home with a loving couple for 10 years. Now, the couple is moving out of the country and Jack cannot go. They are very sad. They have loved and cared for Jack superbly. He is a happy dog and it will be difficult to leave him. Jack is a sweet, calm, and loving senior (about 12.5 years old) who’s happiest being your loyal little shadow—and, yes, your lap dog. He tends to bond closely with people in the home and will happily follow them through the day, while still getting along well with other small dogs. Jack is low-maintenance, quiet (not much of a barker), and doesn’t demand constant attention—just steady companionship. He’s neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and has been on consistent flea/tick/heartworm prevention. He doesn’t shed, but he does need regular combing and grooming to keep his soft coat in great shape. He enjoys easy neighborhood walks and the chance to trot around in open spaces, knows basic commands (sit, stay, stop, etc.), and after a recent dental cleaning with a few teeth removed, he’s recovered beautifully—he simply prefers smaller bites now. An Application and Home Visit are required. Please note: we will not go beyond our 50-mile adoption radius! So 50 miles from Wylie. We are very adamant about this. He's also smart and responsive. This dood is quick to learn and will “talk” to you about what he wants. Oregano: He is very human-focused, big on the eye-contact, but not a “Velcro” doodle. He’s got an independent streak. He’s confident, thoughtful, quietly observant, smart, and calm. Do You Need a Puppy Love of Your Own? Each puppy’s adoption fee is $850. They are current on all age-appropriate vaccinations. Neutering at an appropriate age will be part of the adoption contract. We are looking to rehome our 8-month-old Cockapoo, Ollie, to a loving, active home. This has been a difficult decision, but our schedules don’t allow us to give him the time and training he needs. Ollie is a fun, energetic puppy who loves to play and be around people. He has lots of energy and would do best with someone who can give him attention and continue training. Like most puppies, he likes to chew and will need guidance. He does well with playful dogs but can be a bit territorial with his humans. He is up to date on vaccinations, recently neutered, microchipped, crate trained at night, and mostly potty trained with a routine. We will include his crate, bed, and toys.
