Buddy is a sweet, smart boy. Unfortunately, he is a long time foster. All of his siblings got adopted as little puppies and he has been in foster care since. He is greatly deserving of a forever home. His fosters absolutely love him. He sleeps in the bed with them. He would be a great addition to any home. You won't find a better dog. When inquiring about him please include your phone number. Thank you! strayhearts7@outlook.com https://forms.gle/suhbpui9RXiVmvoJ9

Story
GRRRR-eat!!!  Check out Tony the Tiger’s cousin Arlo!!  He’s always dressed and ready for Halloween in his handsome tiger-striped Tony the Tiger suit!  But seriously, look at this boy!  Look at those GORGEOUS markings that alludes to Boxer/Mountain Cur mix....especially with the docked tail!!  This boy has it all!  For starters, Arlo is great with other dogs!  He’s a little timid to be honest and not an ounce of dominant personality at all.  As for the cats, he seems to be good with them when he was introduced to some.  Arlo is a 2 year old, 70 pound, neutered boy who is UTD on his vaccines and on his preventatives!  He is well cared for by the rescue and his foster mom.  He is very gentle and would do well with dog savvy children.  He does well on a leash, but would be great with regular walks and outings.  His favorite thing to do is go riding in the car where he sits shotgun and he looks like a pro.  He adores watching the world go by fast and he enjoys the scenery with a big smile on his face.  This beautiful boy is ready to bless a forever family and to join in the fun during the holidays.  Please consider making him a true member of your family!  Just email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com  ASAP! PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.November 29, 2023, 10:33 am

Story
Hi, my name is Phoebe and ) My brother, sister and I were dumped on a random property in rural  Mississippi when we were only three months old.  Luckily, a nice lady who lived nearby heard us crying and took us in until she could figure out how to help us find a rescue to help us.  Then another nice lady saw our story on Facebook and came to pick us up to bring us back to her house in Franklin, TN so that she could work with Critter Cavalry to find good homes for us.  My brother has been adopted and my sister is with another foster family not too far away and I’m hanging out here in Franklin!  It’s kind of a mystery exactly what our mom and dad may have looked like...thought I'm a brindle, would you believe my siblings were all white?  Most people think we’re made up of Labrador Retriever and German Shepherd, and maybe a little Husky.  And because of my color, probably Mountain Cur.  I’m four months old and I weigh about 15 pounds and I have big feet.  I’ll probably be 50-60 pounds when I grow to be an adult.  My foster mom says I’m “all puppy”…full of energy and very playful!  She’s taken me to play with other dogs and I really love that!  There’s a cat in the house but she doesn’t seem to appreciate that I want to play with her (my foster mom says she doesn’t like anybody).  I know I’d be good with other cats!   I’m doing well with potty training and I sleep eight hours at night.  My foster mom says being mouthy to get attention,  is my biggest challenge, but she’s working with me to break that habit.  I love to run and play in the yard and I’m very inquisitive.  Since I have a lot of energy, I’d LOVE to find a family with other dogs or older children…or both!  I love to give hugs and kisses and I’m a very happy puppy!  Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested. PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 29, 2023, 10:33 am

Story
Meet Cheyenne, a true survivor and an exceptional 5-year-old, 50-pound Curr mix. Her story is one of resilience and triumph over adversity. Cheyenne's journey began in the most challenging circumstances, as she was one of twelve dogs and puppies left abandoned in a trailer after their owner's passing. The living conditions they endured were beyond distressing. Yet, amidst all the hardships, Cheyenne has emerged as a beacon of calm and friendliness. Cheyenne's demeanor is truly remarkable. She walks gracefully on a leash and displays impeccable manners during walks. She is both crate-trained and housebroken, making her an ideal companion for your home. She prefers to be the sole canine in her new family, her heart craves love and attention from her owner, and she longs to be the most cherished pup in your life. One of Cheyenne's most endearing qualities is her fondness for children. Her loving and gentle nature makes her a perfect fit for families with kids. But her versatility doesn't stop there – Cheyenne's resilience and forgiving spirit make her a wonderful candidate for a variety of households. Her calm disposition and friendly demeanor mean she can thrive in various environments. While Cheyenne is generally a happy and healthy dog, she does have some medical needs that we will discuss with those who inquire or apply. If you're interested in welcoming this sweet girl into your life, kindly visit our website using a computer at www.peace4paws.org to submit an application (please note that we do not accept applications via smartphone). Story
Meet Cheyenne, a remarkable 5-year-old 50-pound Curr mix who has overcome a challenging past and is seeking a loving and nurturing forever home. Cheyenne was one of twelve dogs and puppies left abandoned in a trailer after their owner passed away. The living conditions they endured were nothing short of horrendous. However, despite the hardships she faced, Cheyenne has remained remarkably calm and friendly. Cheyenne walks beautifully on a leash and is well-mannered during walks. When passing by other barking dogs in their kennels, Cheyenne shows no reaction, demonstrating her ability to remain composed and focused. If you approach her in a calm and gentle manner, she will respond with a soft and almost whisper-like "talking" sound, as if engaging in a secret conversation. Cheyenne also keeps her kennel clean, this leads us to believe she is housebroken!  Not only is Cheyenne people-friendly, but she also displays an amiable nature towards other dogs. She shows no signs of aggression or discomfort when interacting with her fellow canines. Moreover, she has exhibited friendliness towards the shelter cat, displaying her adaptable and accepting nature.  Cheyenne has shown a particular fondness for children. Her loving and gentle nature makes her an ideal companion for families with kids. Cheyenne's resilience and forgiving spirit make her a perfect candidate for a wide range of homes. With her calm demeanor and friendly disposition, she has the potential to thrive in various environments. If you are ready to open your heart and home to this incredible dog, please consider giving Cheyenne the loving home she deserves. If you're interested in giving this sweet girl a loving home, please visit our website via a computer at www.peace4paws.org to apply (we do not accept applications via smartphone). she will be arriving in New Jersey on July 16 and is up-to-date with vaccines and spayed. If you have specific adoption or foster questions, please email: judy.atchison@yahoo.com THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN RESCUING A DOG! Story
Meet Ruthie and Tony, an inseparable sibling duo destined to stay together. At just six months old, these little terrier mix darlings tip the scales at around 15 pounds. Fully grown, we expect them to be medium-sized dogs! Puppies, like beams of sunshine, infuse life with joy, and Ruthie and Tony are no exception. Their playful spirits and wagging tails will fill your days with endless smiles and heartwarming moments. Between Ruthie’s soulful eyes and Tony’s boopable nose, it's impossible not to fall in love! As true social butterflies, Ruthie and Tony get along famously with kids, cats, and other dogs. Currently, in a New Jersey foster home, they're diligently honing their puppy skills, including housebreaking and crate training. They love outdoor playtime and enjoy leisurely walks with their foster family. Raising puppies is a big responsibility, but the love and happiness they bring into our lives make it all worthwhile.
