Story
Meet Torkin – the new neighborhood heartthrob Torkin is a 6 month old male mixed-breed pup who is as cute as can be and ready to find his forever home. He currently weighs 20 pounds and will likely grow to mid-size, the perfect size to turn heads while walking in the neighborhood and to cuddle with his humans on the couch. This sweet boy is full of life and personality. Torkin is playful, friendly, and always eager to make new friends, both human and canine (but probably not feline). He gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home where he can continue to socialize and have fun.  His ideal home will have another energetic dog and a fenced yard.  His reaction to cats has been mixed so he is probably best suited for a cat-free home. Torkin has already been neutered, up to date with vaccinations, and is ready to transition smoothly into his new family. Whether you’re looking for a walking buddy, a playmate, or a loyal companion, Torkin is sure to bring joy and energy into your life. Story
Lionel is a 11-month-old, 45 pound, cur mix who's ready to find a forever home! This adorable pup is currently potty trained and has a loving heart, but he does need a special someone who can help him build his confidence and provide the grace and understanding he deserves. With a gentle personality, he can be a bit nervous, but with patience and encouragement, he can learn to embrace the world around him. He thrives in the company of other dogs, who help him break out of his shell and come out of his comfort zone. His friendly nature extends to cats as well, making him a great companion for multi-pet households! If you have a warm heart and a willingness to guide a shy pup towards becoming the confident dog he is meant to be, this pup is looking for you! He would do best with a securely fenced yard. Apply at bcaaofnj.orgInterested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Ben is with our rescue partner down south and can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter for him.   Meet Ben    Sweet, gentle, and full of love — Ben is great with kids, plays nicely with other dogs, and is okay with cats (he may chase if they run).    from his foster in LA....I fostered Ben for six months, and he was so easy to love — gentle, affectionate, and great with children. He listens well and just wants to be part of the family. If he’s bored, he’ll dig for fun, so chew toys and bones help keep him happy.   Ben became best friends with another foster, Rocky — they play beautifully together and would love a home as a pair, if possible, or another dog.  Ben’s ready to be someone’s loyal, loving companion. Could that be you?    Ben is up to date on vaccines and treatment. He is already fixed and his  adoption donation is $550.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home. How to Adopt Me! If you are interested in learning more about me, and possibly making me part of your family, please go to   wag-on-inn.com . To apply, click   HERE   or on our website, go to Adoptable Pets and Adoption Application. A Wag On Inn volunteer will be in touch soon!    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 13, 2026, 8:08 pm
