Oreo is 5 years old. Bday 10/30/21. House trained, crate trained, good with other dogs. Up to date on shots. Hes affectionate and likes to lay with you on couch. Hes fine with kids my kids could climb on him and he didnt care, never growled. He never bothered our cat inside but outside will chase a stray cat, squirrels or ducks. He knows sit, house (to go into crate) paw, speak, lay down, come, potty (to go outside), no beg. Likes water/swimming. Hes mostly chill & likes to sleep but still gets zoomies when you take him outside. He has a anti-slip harness. No bed or crate as he sleeps on our bed or the couch. Hes a sweet boy. He thinks hes a small lap dog and wants to sit on you.

We adopted three puppies from a neighbor who picked up a pregnant stray. Because one dog required multiple surgeries, and some other unexpected expenses, we can no longer keep all three. Gumbo is 9 months old and is full grown at about 55 pounds. He is very affectionate but can be very shy and timid and probably should not be around children. Gumbo has been ok with our three kids but will often go sit by himself if they are too loud or crazy. Might do better with some training. We are willing to help with neutering costs if needed. We can send more photos or videos upon request.

She is a loyal dog who forms strong bonds with her people and enjoys being included in daily life. Penny came into our home during a difficult time and has taught us a lot about patience, training, and the importance of understanding a dog’s individual needs. She is happiest when she has clear structure, consistency, and an owner who is willing to continue building her confidence. Penny can be anxious in new situations and may be reactive around unfamiliar people, animals, or environments. Because of this, she would do best with an experienced dog owner who understands canine body language and positive reinforcement training. She has been muzzle-trained and crate-trained, which helps her feel secure and sets her up for success. Once Penny trusts you, she is affectionate, devoted, and eager to be by your side. She is a smart girl who enjoys learning and benefits from both mental and physical exercise. We love Penny and want to find her a home where she can be successful long-term.

Story
Nova is Husky/Terrier Mix. I met Nova when she was 5months old back August 2018 as last runt puppy dog. She is 8 years old and her birthday is 3/24. Nova is shy around other dogs and people at the dog park. Nova loved walk but she does pull leash when she sees other dogs. Nova know sits, down, turn, and paws. Crate trained on command to go into the crate. Eats 1 cup of kibbles twice a day. Recently, there was an incident where when I looked away for a second, my 1 year old daughter ran up to Nova and hugged her very tight and Nova bit my daughter as a defensive bite. Bite was minor but I realized that I won’t be able to prevent this from happening again. Therefore, Nova is not suitable for home with children and toddlers. This is incredibly hard decision for me since she was my sweet and loyal companion for 8 years before I met my wife and now my daughter. I know Nova has so much love to give still and she deserves a home where she can continue to thrive. Thank you,Jay
