Story
Flex has been part of our family for seven wonderful years, and he truly is one of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet. His perfect day includes finding a warm patch of sunlight to nap in and curling up beside you on the couch for cozy snuggles. He’s gentle, affectionate, and incredibly loyal. Flex is an anxious guy by nature, and after welcoming a toddler into our home, the busy, unpredictable environment has caused his anxiety to increase. This recently led to an incident with our young child, and with very heavy hearts, we know that rehoming him is the kindest and safest choice for everyone — including Flex. He thrives in a calm, predictable home and does wonderfully with older children (5+) who understand how to interact respectfully with dogs. Flex will be an amazing companion for a family or individual who can offer him a peaceful environment, consistency, and lots of love. Flex has so much love left to give, and we hope to find him a home where he can continue to shine.

Story
Cayde is a good boy he is goofy at times and very smart. He can get into most garbage cans and will if left unsupervised. He’s good with small dogs and it’s probably best with older children as he has an issue with people, touching his backside and legs. He could care less about cats or small animals. He ignores every cat he’s been around. He loves to go for runs. He does have an allergy to fleas which causes hair loss and inflammation when left unchecked. With the right training and time he would be an amazing dog due to my ex being arrested, and never paying him the attention he deserves he gets in trouble. I wish I had time to spend on him to train him and get him where he needs to be, but as a single mom of two kids and the owner of a land of potato, I don’t have time for him and I need to find him a home that does as it’s not fair for him

Story
Meet Dallas. He is a 7-year-old German Shephard/mutt mix. He is a sweet and very loving boy who has been around Adults, children, cats, ferrets, birds, and crowds with no issues. He is crate and house trained but will mark when stressed. We have had great luck with belly bands though. He is obese at the moment and could absolutely benefit from a home with the time and money to put towards helping him with that. Dallas is being rehomed due to personal medical issues. I am a disabled veteran and over the last 2 years my mental and physical health has been declining and recently lead to me being unable to work at all. As much as I love this boy and hate the idea of him not being here, I know the time and money I need to spend away from the home taking care of myself and my family will leave him neglected of the care he deserves. Dallas is happy to snuggle in one spot all day and he wants to be anywhere you are. Crate and food will be sent to new home as well.

Story
Pippin was adopted from Brother Wolf in Asheville, NC. He is around 4 years old and can be very playful and very chill. He matches your mood. From the start, he is a super sweet boy who needs a home and owners that can give him attention and exercise. Since having a baby and pregnant with two more, my husband and I cannot give him the sufficient time and attention he needs to thrive. We feel guilty for rehoming him but guiltier for not giving him the quality of life that he deserves.
